Topic: Kongregate / July Kongai Tournament - Qualifier 3 - RESULTS not quite fair… i thought it was canceled, then i saw you said it’s not canceled, but it said the date was 12, when it was already 13. so i thought you’ll let us know a few days before you decide on a new date… |

Topic: Games / Kongai Criticism popo dodged my open palm 6/7 times (dodge, i didn’t miss once) when it should be 25% innate and 25% feather to dodge, which makes the hit rate 0.75*0.75 = 0.5625, it’s more than a half. only bad luck? i’m not sure. the chance for this to happen is too low…. |
