Well ideally the two servers wouldn’t be too different, if we did revive the USA they would both boast about the same number of players with about the same varying levels of skill.
I can understand where you’re coming from with the lag. I’ve been shot through walls more times than I can remember, and the worst part about it is that it’s normally me(an American with lag on the Europe server) getting killed by another player that is also an American forced to play on the Europe server. From what I’ve seen when the condition is met of two American players on the Europe server it creates just enough lag to have someones character in game get shot a few moments before and die once the game server catches the lag in between the two clients.

It depends, it would help to know how many of the current players are from America first of all. So it’s not really a question I can answer with real numbers. I’ll say when there is always more than one game going on in the American servers. (Aside from at night… Ya’know the dead times)

Since Big Head Bash came out the American server has been unoccupied. I’ve been into several European games where I have talked to American Bashers that only play on Europe because it’s dead on the American side.
So there really shouldn’t be a problem… Should there? There are both American and European players.
I propose that once we have enough people to join us we stop using the European server and pledge to only use the American one until it comes back to life. Don’t post if you aren’t serious about this. I want an honest list of people who are with me and want to be able to play on our own server with considerably less lag.

Spawn Glitch

In the pic it shows me spawning but instantly dying regardless of the spawn shield. It’s important to note that although you can not see it the game time was counting up rather than down, and that our names were white the whole time. In the same game the few times when I could move without dying instantly my team and I would float in the air as if we were constantly jumping, until we all died.
Will attempt to get more info, I’ll just edit this post.

However showing if people are typing or not would be unnecessary… Just use judgement. If someone is standing still after being addressed or after showing signs of activity chances are they are typing. Just because you are typing doesn’t mean that people will not kill you, lots of people go for the “easy” kills. I tend not to kill people I know are typing but I don’t blame the person who does, after all it is a free kill.

The current setup of the weapon stats doesn’t mean anything to me. I suppose I’d rather have hard numbers rather than a bar that honestly doesn’t give you anything more then a general idea.

The first number of damage is a regular hit the second is a critical.
I donnu. I’m just bored and trying to find things to do.

Secondly a suggestion…
New toy: BigFoot New brand?: Mythic(Any rare beast or creature of legend)

Terrible sketch yeah I know. But you get the idea from the picture. I wish I wasn’t as bad as I am with the image tools. I can’t make it look how I invision it in my head. The blended areas would be more like fur… His claws would obviously be better… He wouldn’t look so fat in fact maybe really muscular. His teeth white with his mouth open to show them off. also the feet would look more like feet over shoes.
The description would be something like: Takes being ferocious and unruly to a new level. It’s definitely for the best that no one has ever found him.

My other ideas for the brand would be Chupacabra, Abominable snowman, maybe werewolves? Any feedback on the idea would be cool.(As long as it’s not about the atrocity that is my picture.)

First I didn’t say they were. I said I think they were. Secondly there is a button beside everything you post it says “Edit post” It should be just under your name. Try it out.

@ XVendetta NO I normally play with pepper/sniper because the grinder is fairly cheap and you can’t go wrong with the sniper. But any weapon works with sniper. I’ve said it before I’l say it again. Most of the weapons in the game are balanced pretty well IF you can properly use them and utilize their critical hits. With the default combo of weapons(Shotgun/SMG) and some decent reaction times you can not only ambush snipers but obliterate them.

However someone else brought up the weight idea the other day. I don’t think it’s a bad idea per se, but anyone with a sniper rifle would be obliterated by anyone with an RPG or floatron as they would not be fast enough to dodge the explosive radius. The same way anyone with smg/shotgun would buzz around and pick off slower combos.
I just don’t think the extra fire power would be worth the slower speed. I would switch back to default combo if they added weight.

However! If they made the heavier weapons stronger(by that I mean stronger ratio wise to the lighter weapons) or made them have more ammo.. Like the pepper grinder… Technically a chaingun right? It should be really heavy and have lots of ammo.

Unfortunately I’d have to agree. It seems most anytime I play against a small group of what I’ve surmised to be new players they ragequit. So I’m only going to join large games that are almost full. Even if that means I don’t get to play :/

That’s the problem, most new players won’t do either. They simply click on another game.

I think the extra abilites on items could be cool. As like unlocks or ticket buy-able power ups… (I think they are doing that anyway…) But I don’t think item tiers would be fair unless they were somehow regulated by game room rules.

Pay to win, we are trying to avoid that, the best solution to this is to add durability to permanent weapons

erm… I don’t think you quite realize what you’ve said either… “very weak, scaled down so they are equal to shotgun/smg” I have not ever considered shotgun or smg to be weak. In fact almost every weapon in this game is balanced. It’s all in the way you use them. You use SMG to do some damage as you close in the range(carefully) and the shotgun crit to blast anyone who’s stupid enough to charge you.

And uhh…. Yeah hopefully avoiding pay to win. Although having different tiers of weapon strengths isn’t a bad idea… Until new players complain about the older players having all the highest tiers and being “unstoppable”.

A very edited update of my original post.
Note: wherever I put a (?) mark it means I was uncertain whether it should be like that or not and it’d be a nice idea if people discussed over it.

Name: Flailer(?) – A medium health, Fast melee unit. 250 HP/ 200 SHIELD Scout type Jetpack but it has more burst speed to take off fast(Meaning when you press your jump key you get a fast speed boost)(?).
max ground speed: 40-45 Max air movement speed: 60.

Overall Concept: Just slower then the scout on the ground(?). The unit has no guns. The unit could be used for defending areas almost as good as the Tank(However game play style while defending will change drastically compared to the tank), or chasing down pesky scouts and snipers.
The unit does heavy burst style damage. Meaning it will have a medium/fast(?) hit rate that hits hard. Uses it’s flail and hooked chain to keep close to enemies it’s bashing on.

Weapons: 1. Charged Knuckles: Damage: 1/3rd what the scout sword hits(?) 1.3x as fast as the sword(?). It hits through shields BUT deals damage equivalent to what it hit(to health) to the shield(?). After the shield is gone the attack hits 2/3rds the scout’s sword damage. A melee attack that quickly drains down the shield of the enemy you are attacking. When I say drain I mean it knocks it down in chunks rather then a continuous stream. (Do to the way this class punches rather than say continuously firing.)
Right-Click: Locks on to targets within 3(?) feet attack rate stays the same unlike most other locked on skill.

Weapons: 2. Long Flail: Damage: Very High but it has to tear down the enemies shield first after that any damage left over from breaking the shield will be carried onto life damage(?)
It’s a big spiked ball on a chain. The Flailer throws it at a very fast *but dodge-able speed.
Once the chain is thrown it will run out of slack(15 feet of chain(?)) the Flail will drag the Flailer(At like 40-50 mph(?)) untill it hits something(Anything) Either an obstacle or a player friend or foe. It won’t effect friends.
Upon hitting something the chain is reeled in like a fishing reel.
Upon hitting an enemy player they will go into a stunned mode for 1 second.
The Flailer doesn’t have to reel it in to switch weapons but will incur a cooldown time when switching back to the chain.
Undetermined Cooldown(?)
Right-Click: Locks on. When shot from right click it shoots right where the enemy currently is… So it’s easy to miss unless they are running right at/away from you.
Skills:
Q – Berserk: Increases the Flailer’s attack speed to 150% : 10 seconds(?)
Short-Medium Cooldown(?)
E – Chain: Uses the other end of the chain flail which is a hook to grapple onto an enemies armor. Essentially chaining the Flailer onto an enemy for 10 seconds by the length of the chain(10 feet(?)). The Flailer can attack normally with his charged knuckles during this time. However using the Chain Flail will result in letting go of the enemy but it has a 100% chance to hit without aiming(?). The chain ability does not debilitate the opponent in anyway it only makes the Flailer a more playable class because it can keep onto enemies with long range weapons. Long cool down(?). To clarify the Flailer is tethered to the other player… The other player can move but can’t get away. Pressing E after tethering will let go of the enemy even if the 10 seconds is not up.
F – Valtech Concussion Bomb

Please keep in mind that the class has no range when considering fairness and balance.
~~Edit Give me opinions I love the class idea as a whole and I would love to see it in game. The class idea is a really fast chain grappling unit, and as long as it sticks to that basic idea almost anything is subject to change.

-Nerfed berserk by attack speed from 2 to 1.5. I feel 10 seconds is an ideal duration so I made the attack rate speed slower.

Thanks for the feedback Shadowex1650 but I don’t know a reasonable damage for the knuckles as of yet. AND I’ve fought a scout as a scout and with the sword it takes 3-4 hits to kill them… How much does the sword hit?

Also “Think of it like…well…bringing a chain flail with a hook attached to a gunfight. Everyone will start laughing at you, while shooting you. You MIGHT dodge one or two shots, but…More likely to get hit.” That’s why I had the shield up higher than 150. This class will not be unbalanced just because it has no range. It’s designed to chase down enemies(and have a chance to live, lol). That’s where the speed comes in to play the class will have to close the distance between it and enemies fast or it will get shot down.

F – Grenade Tag: A bomb rather harshly stuck onto an opponent by brutally Tiger Pawing their face(?). Aside from being sticky, there isn’t anything special about the grenade it does normal grenade damage(?) The Grenade hits other enemies as well as the one it was stuck on within a 5(?) foot radius?

Please keep in mind that the class has no range when considering fairness and balance.
~~Edit I was thinking about lowering his health, making him less of a tank and making his attack speed faster, Then Renaming the class Hookmaster. Give me opinions I love the class idea as a whole and I would love to see it in game. When you have BHB open in another tab and you move your mouse over where the buttons would be in BHB it still makes the scroll-over noises. I would have posted something about this the first few days the game was out but I didn’t see it as a “big deal” and by now I’m sure you guys know of this. Just making sure :D

I miss being able to slaughter full teams of people :3 That’s part of what made the game fun. Lots of people in a map like toy store was nonstop action. and no matter what guns people had skill always won over items because of the team size…

Awesome! Yes, It works. I am in fact able to log in to the USA servers, however there is currently no one on them… Thanks FlightTribe and the team for fixing the problem as soon as it was brought up.
