Though honestly, today’s LM (Gaia) is too very annoying to defeat without using any power ups. If anyone has a deck that disproves that, that would be awsome :P mine is meh.
He acutally goes down impressively using my deck and +5 starting attack with +20 starting hp

Could foodlandistan or auto idle looting or whatever be unnerfed so we can get some bacon again?
I mean, it’s so unfair how easy the people prior have had it with bacon being as easy as it was to get, ways to get it were slowly nerfed and weaned off, and now they don’t need it anymore because they have infinite bacon sword >_<

Could the pickup duration after the last activity be extended a bit?
I have a different idea to support this but make it a bit less powerful, and it’s very simple.
If game was active in the last 5 seconds, pick up loot. <— How it currently works.
If game was idle for >5 seconds, upon become unidle, pick up all loot on ground. <— Suggested update.
This way you don’t have to move your hand to mouse (if it’s not already there) and move mouse to grab loot that was left behind due to a long fight where you only held the button down, disabling the auto loot feature, even though we’re not idle.

I actually use my ps2 controller and joy2key to play in battle arena sometime (really fun times, especially in SD :) ) but yeah I just have those gruelling fights sometimes where I do nothing but attack for >5 seconds, monster dies, have to get out of comfy chair and go wiggle mouse around if I want my loot :\
I also have joystick mapped to mouse but that’s a little annoying to use >_<

The “actively playing loot magnet” is great, but I have one small complaint with it. Sometimes I’ll go through a really long fight where I just hold the attack button down for the whole fight. However, since it’s a long fight, and holding a button doesn’t count as activity, the items get left on the ground anyways. :(

I have problems trying to use the NOM skil while training with robacon
Can there be a priority system put in place so that I can actually get off a NOM when I want to rather than having to wait for an evolving enemy that robacon doesn’t instant kill?

That doesn’t work with how enhancements work in this game.
Also, that kind of “start every sentence” happens all the time to me too, but with the word “also” instead.
You could have the enhancer essentially create a new instance of the item at +0 or -5 with its standard base stats, but carry over bonuses and time left if it’s an item that expires.

MEGATHREAD: Battle Arena
I just finished collecting all of my chaos armor and crafting my fiend glaive, but I’m not sure how I should go about enhancing it. Any tips?
I’ve heard speed to 25 on FG then crit chance rocks for the rest, and 3 crit damage pieces of armor and 2 attack. Is that good?

Simple suggestion: Could pet +1500% temp boost get +1500% boosts to go with it? :3 I’ve hit it a couple times and I’m like arg have to fork out 1B to get my boost up wtih it for a few min xD

Suggestions!
I would like to see some changes to some of the filters for breaking news or an expansion on some of the filters. He’s an illustration:

Doesn’t have to be anything like this, but yeah, I’d like to have some more variety on which parts of which features I can turn on and off.
For example, would like to be able to have several of the pet things off. For careers, I want to see what I get when I go to trade me exp, but I dislike constantly being spammed by the +career exp messages.

Stick with level 4-6 killing for money/cards, sell your extra cards you don’t need, buy the cheap card packs from the store (avoid BOOSTER and very expensive packs). Do this while starting to create legendary monster killers, though be warned, right now the legendary monsters are difficult. You need to look carfully at the killer deck to see if it’s too expensive before you begin buying it and discover it requires 7 code fus and you have none.

I found the deck had problems getting it’s feet off the ground; was unreliable and extermely prone to getting killed before you were able to build a decent defense. Died a good 5-6 times which at that point only had 1-2 wins, which is when I decided to quit.
But anyways, luckly today’s opponent is much easier in comparison. Already 2-0 to it sofar :)

Game Bugs
Weird Possible IA drop rate related bug.
I've noticed something weird when collecting Invisible Allies from earlier zones. When hunting for IAs in the first few zones (mystic forst, dark forest), I noticed a common theme. The last IA I had left in both occasions was the IA for blue jr. goop in mystic forest and dark jr. goop in the dark forest. In addition to this, a friend of mine was also complaining how he was having trouble getting water dummy IA from the training zones and goop jr. from mystic forest. So then it hit me. What do all of these monsters have in common? They spawn something else when they get killed. It occured to me that there might be a bug regarding IA drop rates of monsters that spawn other monsters, so I thought you might want to look into this.

Iddy, I used the Unupgraded Regiment deck (2nd post of this page) with great success for a long time before I had enough money to start making the cheaper LM killers. Use it against level 4-6 to win cards and money. When you have a decent amount of a certain type of card, you can sell it. For example, 7 is the most you can have of any non-energy card, so if you have more then 7 of those, you should sell them. Use money to buy specific cards you need or spend them in the card store. I don’t reccomend you ever buy “booster” card packs, and you should consider very carfully about buying the very expensive card packs (like white, rare, special, although those DO give you a chance for those unbuyable cards that you’ll eventually want/need like Awesome Faces and Code Fus)
Also I suggest you check out Fex’s thread which also features LM killers, they may be cheaper or more effective, sometimes. Depends a lot on the LM.

Was changing deck slightly every game so didn’t really get many opportunities to calculate the win rate.
Notes on using:
Don’t use the shield break unless he has 10+ defense. There’s only 1 because you’ll only need 1, and much later in the fight. And you won’t really “need” it, it will just speed up the fight at that point.
Don’t worry about his regen, he’ll more than likely cure it off because his hand is full.
Play Elite Crab and Perma in fast succession, else he’ll kill them.

Modded the deck Gorth1234 posted slightly and came up with this. It’s a bit more pricy but it gets the job done.
It almost always survives the initial onslaught, which was my major problem before xD
Changes are:
Changed Epic bolts to upgraded versions.
Swap Stat Wipeouts for Attack Removals (since no red cards in deck) and put in a Holy symbol instead for blue energy.
Added a Magic Wand.
Changed Golden Swords to Epic Swords.
The only problem it has actually ends up being in later rounds, if you’ve deployed your attack boosting cards, but he’s using powerups, and you’re unable to wipe his stats at that point. I found that waiting to wipe his attack at least once before putting on my attack cards seems to be a good strategy.
The attack removals are unupgraded on purpose so if you MUST deploy one late, it doesn’t kill almost all of your own attack powess.

Yeah, the problem I’m having vs Gaia is that he’s extremely fast rush. I’ve tried using a perma-crab deck to block the damage he gets from powerup (which you’re moderately safe from after 2 crab permas) and be able to perma some faces or something for damage, since you wouldn’t need to wipe. Though, the problem is he bolsters his grass elemental way too fast to be able to do anything a lot of the time. It seems like winning is possible only when he gets ridiculously bad draws. He can kill you in under 5 turns no problem most of the time, and it seems like there’s nothing you can do about it unless you get the perfect starting and first few draws, with any deck for that matter.

I saw Fex describe a possible Gaia deck in that exact way with a few less words (plagiarism? well, whatever we’re not at school)
Anyways, he doesn’t get berserks off as often as Attack UPs. If you sit there waiting for him to use 2nd berserk on an ele so it’s at 1 hp and you can kill it with a lightning or something, you usually end up dead because of powerup and Attack UPs, and then even if he does, he usually immeadately throws out another, so you’re still in trouble.
Edit: if only there were some kind of card like Shield Break for monster attack that didn’t suck as bad as Weaken or cost as much energy as Monster Break…or maybe those are actually sufficient and I’m just utilizing them poorly? Perhaps kill attack long enough for him to get monster hp down, then kill the monster? I don’t know to be honest. I’ve tried all sorts of stuff at this point and starting to think he’s not possible without Super Powers (or even if using super powers, what deck would I use then?)
