I just figured it out. Turns out it’s all being used for auto-boost.

yellow coins decreasing when gained

For some reason when my yellow coins accumulate to a high point (or after I collect from my garden) my yellow coins will decrease and sofar I have lost 100's of millions from this. The amount usually decreases to around 135-145 million yellow coins and it decreases around 150 million. I haven't been paying a large ammount of attention to it so I haven't gotten the exact area when it decreases. Also incase it matters, I think it started around the time when I have been idling on fishing.

on the first scene click the blue tail (snakes tail) then click the hypnotic thing then click the snake itll start being hypnotized then click the snake again then click the thing next to the rabbit then click the round thing under the rabbit. second scene click the orange flag then the pin then you click the green rock on the well click the pin again then click the sand click the tree then click the green rock click the green rock again click the rope twice. third scene click the pointy thing and the lily pad closest to it then click the lilypad again then click the claw (wrapped by the lilypad) then click the big fish itll go back then a bigger fish will eat it then the suction thing will get loose so click that then click the big fish again now the bigger fish will eat it and get stuck so now you click the bear thing (your character) then you click the big fish then you click the plant with the red stuff on it the big fish will get free and swim then itll pull the bucket down then you click the bucket. scene four click the axe then the pole with chain on it then click the chain click the chain again click the wheel and the silver bar click the silver bar again then the wheel click the axe and the baricade till the baricade breaks (click it 3 times) then click the chain then click the wheel. scene five click the bag of chicken food then the chicken click the wheel with the rug on it (or whatever it is) then click a piece of chicken meat then click the rug and the rope click the baricade keeping the door closed then click the door. scene six click the door then click inside it click the sword then the fire then click the hammer now click the spear and the thing thatll hold it then click the spear again click the thing to make the wheel spin then click the sword and the spinning wheel click the sharpened sword then the hook holding the candle click the stick then click the hook then click the spear that has a hook on it then click the attic door click the bumps till the chicken is on top click the uncolored poles till the top one is the sun riseing and click the colored poles till the top one is red then click the thing to open it click the rope then click the rope again. last scene 2 endings Last scene 1, bird ending (made by philyis) : Click the box near the tea cup, you will see a vial click it, take the spoon from the bird cage, Make a purple elixir(Red – Blue then click the spoon), click the flower, Click the hanger of the cage, Click the cheese then the hanger again, Now make a green potion (Yellow – Blue) then give it to the mouse, Click the noodles in the box then click again when its in the cauldron, Make an orange potion(Red- Yellow) give it to the flower, Click the bird, Make a purple potion then give it to the bird..Then Enjoy The Bird ending. thanks to philyis for makeing the bird ending. last scene 2 (made by me crazyperson1) , click the spoon keeping the cage closed click the box then the vial in it click the cheese then the click the blue stuff above it (top shelf) a rat will come out and get stuck make a green potion (yellow – blue) then click the spoon then when its done click the rat then make a purple potion (red – blue) then the spoon then when its done click the rat…. end.. this is the walkthrough for the several journeys of reemus chapter 1 thanks to these people for helping the walkthrough crazyperson1 = for making the walkthrough for scene 1 scene 2 scene 3 scene 4 scene 5 scene 6 the last scene 2nd one. and thank philyis for making the last scene 1st ending.
