sigh, it could be that he meant fig innocently then heard ppl talking about the pervy crap and added the description to the fig juice item as a reference/joke pointed at them? Other than that item i had taken it as short for figment as well.

Tell me good sir, why do you think the events you described will happen?

well the end of mardek 3 makes it pretty clear that he is strongly against mardek creating any personal bonds (along with some of the times you talk to rohoph) that he breaks promises and betrays allies easily if he thinks its for the greater good, that he is able to control mardek’s speech against his will if nothing else (ill admit there is no sign he can control more than that w/o mardek’s approval though he MAY have forced him to leave after the scene where he stops him from talking after the play that’s purely speculative) also the fact that a few books mention the previous inhabitants of belfan having the magic and/or tech to remove souls from their body, like the annihilator, which proves that doing so is at least possible, also it seems possible that the game could be split into parts where you control different groups (kinda like golden sun) to facilitate this, especially since it seems unlikely that (if he actually makes 8 chapters) each one is going to have everyone become exponentially stronger like they have been thus far

Hhhmmm i think rohoph will continue to chase off mardek’s allies and control him more (kinda reminds me of the gould from stargate) till he is somehow removed, possibly by some of his friends who realize whats happening, note that the annihilator was separated from its body by the people who lived on belfan before humans did so w/e they used to do that might5 still be around somewhere :)

ya rohoph says he cant leave a body while the person is still alive but that may be a lie, we know the annihilator was seperated from its body by the people who, conviniently enough lived on this world and disapeared, posibly leaving their tech and/or magic behind

crazy theory: to avoid absurdly high level/skill caps and other bs psudo is either going to give everyone a level reset or split the game into multiple groups of people (think golden sun) and the plot of a later game will lead to people freeing mardek of rohoph who will then become the real final boss after he kills the gdm

Also The shaman inside legion is baron von doomkills whife.
think about it, whenever she tries to tell her story he shuts her down, her husband became evil and killed her with the earth stones power, and according to a book in the library baron von doomkill used the stones power to take over the world, von doomkill was just a psudonym he made up to sound badass as a dictator so she dosnt recognize it since she was dead before he started using it. and his eternal punishment is to be stuck in a robot with his wife living with the shame of all this while she is blissfully unaware!

hehe, sophies fire brings up another funny one, word of command/head over heels can make her consume glyph herself, when her target is glyphed but she is not, i don’t know if thats intentional or not.

So, i just had an idea, what if we gave each card (or set of cards) there own theme music? It could play when that card gets a critical hit, or kills an enemy, or wins the game, it could be optional and turned on or off depending on whether or not you wanted it, i realize this won,t really be done but i was thinking there could be some good ones, for example blind guardians battlefield for rathbone, “i put a spell on you” for CC, through the fire and the flames for bestor, anyone else got any good ideas for song/card combo’s?

yeah, especially if the target relies on multi hits and/or an element you resist (dark/phsy) yes straight damage can be better depending on the setup but CC has that too when he needs it, while he is slow he can finish off people pretty well as long as they cant kill him very quickly with high damaging attacks, especially since he can use burn/voidstream at either range so he can avoid people who hit very hard but only in one range

i did a random match, started with andro n had K9 n amaya in my deck was vs oni, so i moved far and he moved close, i swapped out K9 and he swapped in as rath, and dominates me into self destructing on amaya >_<

hmmm ok you both make good points, how about the innate doing 6 light damage, since it can be resisted unlike agatha,s and is to a random target rather than consistant i think that warrents some more damage, as for eclipse i think it deserves a fairly high energy cost since it debuffs the entire team while doing significant damage, i mean look at eye of the tiger, it costs 80 and only deals 40 damage to a random target, though i think it could use either range rather than far specifically pyro is supposed to be fairly low damage per hit since its not meant to be very effective vs people who have light resistance who you havnt scorched yet, i think more hits would make more sence than stronger ones if it needs a buff

yeah, i was trying not to make it OP but a few buffs would be good, particularly in the way of energy costs as you mention, moonbeam was meant to be both ranges and the debuff would be fairly long though i didnt think of a specific time :P
