Topic: Sorcery Quest / How to drag item without equip?

Not sure what u were looking for precisely, but u can drag items into inventory slots, without having to equip them to that specific character.
skill points get assigned when u have a spare point available and click on the picture of the skill u are interested in.
If u have a skill at 30 or above, a single point gets “stored” to show how close it is to next level for example if u just got a skill to lvl 30, it would show 0/2 add a skill point and it will become 1/2 another skill point would bring it to 31 and 0/2.

Not sure what is going on, but I gave my e-mail and verified, but still haven’t received 250 tokens… is there something else I need to do besides clicking the link in the e-mail to get verified?

In game chat seems to work fine for me, but id love to get those 250 tokens…

I also get the grey screen. I would include a screenie, but the kong forums have a funky requirement to put images in.

All in all it hasnt been an issue since a 50 kred recharge wouldnt even get me close to placing in an event, so I havent even tried since the merge. But when I saw this post i thought I would take a look and see…
Edit: I use Firefox as an fyi

its currently 11:15am (Pacific time) the servers have been down since around 10pm last night.

I’m hoping that its been worked on, but I’m a bit shocked that this “502 Bad Gateway” error still hasn’t been fixed.

White screen error with nginx/0.8.55 below the Bad Gateway text.

Other Kong games are working, so it just seems to be Warflow atm

I’m pretty peeved atm… Warflow has been completely unplayable for almost 24 hrs and nothing has been seemingly done to fix this.

Obviously it can’t be fixed while the servers are up: take the system down for an hour or two, find the issue, fix it…

This error code 11102, 60606 etc business is killing my patience, and making all the players PO’ed

I also think a new special would b a lot of fun, but i doubt it would be easier than pb (eag is stupid design imo)
But I would love to see a Heroes Arena special for 4-5 ppl

On the subject of wishful thinking: I would love to see a new chest item for reducing all types of cd’s by 10% or so move cds of 8-9s or 13s for forest, attack cds reduced to like 25s etc.

Unfortunately I doubt this would ever be implemented

While I am just guessing, it appears to me that it probably nullifies a % chance of enemy dodge.
Since they have an anti crit tech, I am assuming to keep pvp from going crazy they introduced opposing techs. This way even if ur opponent maxes dodge, you wont have to deal with draco or sea missing 50% of the time

misread so disregard this post lol…. but on the subject of speed, in theory, if a person boosts speed tech/ gets skill high enough, could a higher class ship attack b4 a lower class one?

getting books takes forever tho, I dont imagine anyone that doesnt spend $$ would be able to test this

Topic: Time World / Got Questions?

Am I the only one completely frustrated by people running around with “lethality” builds: I am losing like 10 motherships every time I am attacked and cant afford to rebuild… how am I supposed to play if all I can do is scrape by?

Is my only choice to redesign all my ships to have lethality defense so that I dont lose ships permanently (I started with about 50 motherships, and I am now down to about 35)?

At least, I made the assumption that lethality is what causes ships to be permanently lost or am I mistaken in this?

Topic: Kongregate Multiplayer Games / [WarFlow] Yoea - how he works

I believe the damage taken is increased by 50% when Yoea debuffs. I argue that he isnt completely worthless, but I also hate using thorn locks (I use yoae instead). A lot of luck involved with him still, but if u manage to def down an enemy and draco hits, its very nice.

His accuracy is probably slightly less than rock locks, but his dmg is a bit higher.

All in all i wouldnt recommend people switch out a unit for him, but hes not terrible either. If you feel you have tons of silver to put into upping a 2nd book, his high force and stats make him a good frontline tanker, while doing decent (not amazing, but decent) damage.

Another thing to note, I think he does a lot better in pvp than pve, so trying to clear nations maps may not work well with him, but switching him in to attack other players may work.

Though do the people that do debugging actually read these suggestions?

So extremely frustrating how often this bug occurs, plus there also a few other weird bugs that occur in specials such as the chat bug (chat disappears and you cant type/see chat, and requires refreshing at end usually to get rewards/exit a finished special), as well as the “ghost” bug (where you can still see a ghost of the participants at the starting locations, so it appears as if there are two of a person, the one moving around and the starting location ghost).

I dont get how these bugs have been allowed to go on for so long. Are they so embedded into the coding that the developers/debuggers don’t dare change the coding, in case they glitch the system?

With the current Halloween event going, we are going to see a lot of angry people, because so many will have issues with the bugs.

zunger, the game design would have to be majorly changed to have solo hero dungeons i think… but i agree that i would like to see some kind of “commander’s bonus” where, depending on which hero you chose at the beginning, you would gain some kind of passive buff (like 1% dodge bonus to all units on formation, or 5% damage increase).

A really cool ability would be a “mage dodger” where units are slightly (1% maybe) less likely to be hit by an enemy mage (stun, rock, fire etc) or increase to cheer success rate (maybe 65%→ 68-70%)

One of the biggest things i think needs to be changed (which isnt a big change) is to increase the number of MCU a person can store. Primarily for people that cant always be on each day of the week (30 max means 1 day inactivity means mcu loss), but also as a method of trying to get the higher RP heroes.
I honestly don’t see a way for me to possibly get the 800k RP hero that just came out (also wish to an extent that I chose a different nation…)
I have looked at an RP loss table, and the last bit from about 750K to 800k is 25k RP loss a day (IIRC)… with winter being a no attack, I dont see myself managing to make this. If I could save up a couple days of MCU I might be able to go from 18k loss to 800k RP from spring to fall…

There needs to be a way to stop 1 attacker from sending multiple attacks at once… 1 player has attacked me 6 times in like a 4 hour period. Repairs take an hour, but the person can attack so many times to clear out defences one at a time, and then run rampant through the base. There needs to be an automatic protection between attacks to prevent fast production exploitation (an attacker can produce more monsters than you can repair)

After being attacked once or twice, there needs to be at least enough of a cooldown to repair buildings

not quite… when a skill says +x/level, it is referring to the skill’s level, each time you level up you get a skill point, so putting a 2nd point into countering would add .25% to the gaurd’s chance to counter.
If a skill says (lvl x) it means the skill needs to reach that level, and once it does that particular part begins taking effect (so at countering 50 you gain the chance to counter all, and each level above 50 adds a small extra chance to that counter all %
