Can you clarify what is a “space”?

Can you give some example a “space” preventing avenge from triggering?

Card A has Avenge, Card B is adjacent to it, and Card C is on the other side of Card B. A Strike skill from the opponent destroys Card B (which triggers Avenge on Card A) and leaves a space between Card A and Card C. On the same turn another Strike skill destroys Card C. Although Card C is the closest card to Card A, because of the space they are not considered adjacent and Avenge will not trigger. Similar to if a card dies from Counter and the next card to attack has Legion will not see a card on that side to count towards Legion.

Assuming the card with Avenge doesn’t die to the Strike all, Avenge will trigger before the Baughe is able to attack.

Faction doesn’t matter. As for the suggestions of making for example Avenge Imperial, although that is possible we tend not to put restrictions on skills that already have restrictions on them, but the option is available to us if it plays well enough.

To clarify this a bit more, they won’t be ready as soon as the next client is available. Once everyone has the next client then we can release multiple decks and more sp for fusions. We will of course have more details closer to release.

Everyone is all inclusive – even those who have quit the game, haven’t played in months, but still have the app installed on their phone and haven’t updated the client in who knows how long. By that definition, we will never get the usability of defense decks and increased SP from fusions… I hate to be an ass, but I live/work in a very definitive quantitative world. I Would take an estimated time frame after client release, that is something the community can track.

“Once everyone has the next client” means when it is required. You are usually able to download clients before we require updating to the latest one.

Topic: Tyrant Unleashed: General / [Dev] Brimstone Campaign Feedback

There have been a lot of questions about Campaign difficulty and we want to address a few of them.

Normal difficulty was made to be significantly easier, where completing it 6 times would be comparable to beating the old PvE week 3 boss 50 times. This has a couple side effects. At 200 energy, it can make you feel like you’re making significantly less progress which is frustrating. This lower-difficulty Normal tier also makes the jump to Heroic feel quite a bit harder. We’ll be exploring options for other energy and difficulty levels for campaigns, which will also mean more tweaking of the rewards. We do want to maintain a high standard of difficulty at the the Mythic tier going forward as end game content.

Strength in a difficulty tier was adjusted to be spread out a bit more across the tier, as opposed to crashing players out on the last boss. Deck archetypes were also changed for Brimstone, meaning that decks that did well before might not do as well here. These changes, again in conjunction with higher energy costs, can cause frustration at not getting as far into the campaign. We are monitoring how far players are progressing in to the campaign and will make adjustments based on this information and player feedback.

We feel like Campaigns are a great way to bring new strategic play to the game, and are going to be iterating on them over the coming months.

Fight the hordes of the Bloodthirsty as they pour out of the Nexus from Tartarus.

Campaigns are a new event featuring 7 tough fights with reserves and card death is taking place! To participate you must have beaten Mission 106 in the main storyline. There are three difficulties and each has its own reward set. Good luck!

Campaigns are meant to be difficult end game content. There is no “easy” mode.

You cannot initialize the campaign with more than 5 reserves. However once you begin the campaign you may edit your deck to remove cards and place in the reserves before starting the first mission. This is something we are looking to make smoother in our next pass on campaign.
