Sunder will not remove the berserk already applied but new berserks will not apply to a sundered card.

Berserk effectively changes the base attack, so it will get reset to the value it berserked to before being sundered.

The official description for Sunder: Damage-Dependent – After damaging an enemy from an attack, damaged Assault unit can no longer gain additional attack (if attack is lowered from base amount, it is still reset to base normally).

After discussing it more internally and with a few consortium members we decided to increase the faction level cap 2 levels and will release a new reward card for each level.
We will also be releasing new Level Rewards for levels 200 and 250, and a gold purchasable Energy Upgrade at level 200.
There will also be a week long Conquest event! Special tiles will appear that will have BG effects that are not currently in Conquest (there may even be a new one ;). These tiles will have significantly higher CR and will move every 24 hours. Depending on how the event goes and feedback, we can do more conquest events and evolve the mechanics.

They are not the same cards. They have enough significant changes that we couldn’t do them as upgrade cards.

[DEV] Flashpoint Expansion Announcement!

We thought they were dead, that the destruction of the Worldship would end the threat. It didn’t. Now we need to upgrade and fortify. Old weapons become new. We’ll take our planet back.
Flashpoint is the next expansion! The first pack is scheduled to be released next week. It will feature 30 cards with some familiar faces and units making a return to the battlefield.

[DEV] 5/14/2013 Small Update
Added the reward cards from the Heart of Corruption event to the promo vault and fixed a couple of bugs.
- Having only foil copies of an up-gradable card now appears correctly in the upgrade tab (still makes a non-foil card)
- Fixed a bug involving an interaction with enfeeble and cleanse on attacked.
This update does not include the proposed conquest change from last week, we decided against it due to feedback.

[DEV] Regarding Faction Levels
Because of the issues with reward cards for faction levels, we will not increase the level cap for factions. Now that Factions can get faction tokens through either wars or conquest, that will be the main incentive for factions. Faction Rating will remain uncapped. We may in the future increase the Faction Level cap, which will offer additional rewards.

This pretty much sums up our opinion about this.
And you’ll need to gather support if you want the stamina cap to increase because that was opposed pretty heavily.

[DEV] Small conquest suggestion for next week.
To help with stagnation on the map we are proposing the following idea.
Factions would be required to take over tiles every day similar to how Factions are required to win wars. So if a Faction takes over 2 tiles they would be able to claim the max amount of tokens, if they took over 1 it would be half, and none if 0.
This is just a small change that we can get up quickly next week but we would like to hear your feedback.
Also next week we will add the cards from the Heart of Corruption event to the promo vault.

They are in Conquest as well :P
We have considered adding background effects to other parts of the game, and this could be something we do in the future.

Might not be fixed for tomorrow but we have replicated the bug and are working on it. To clarify it is only a visual bug, the Invigilator is only taking 1 damage from the Sabre’s strike even though it is showing 3 and reducing its health by 3.

Anyway asked the artist and waiting to hear back. If it is something that needs to be fixed we’ll have that in a future update.
