I just beat Pandemic:American Swine on extreme in just 19 days! The way I did it was by first disabling the seaports and airports. Then I gave California and Texas both curfews. On day 2 I gave Florida a curfew also. After that I had to make sure that the panic bar don’t get full while waiting for the vaccine to finish. To keep the panic bar down just buy mask for all infected states and if you got to do it a second time go ahead. Then when the vaccine is completed only give it to the states around the infected states and to infected states that have at least 2 million healthy people. Then just wait for the infected people to die and you should win unless I just got lucky. Try my strategy and tell me if it works or I just got lucky!
