Tabasco

Dried chilli flakes
Sour cream

Equipment:
Oven dish
Small bowl
A sieve
Cheese grater
A can opener
A spoon

Instructions:
Take the oven bowl, and line it with corn chips, so that the bottom and sides are completely covered.
Put the can of beans through a sieve, to get rid of all the liquid, so you’re left with just the beans. (Nachos are fucking hard to eat with soggy chips)
Then put the beans into a bowl.
With a spoon, mix some curry powder, tabasco, chilli flakes, and whichever sauce you chose into the bowl of beans.
Grate some cheese, and sprinkle a little bit over the corn chips, so you’ve got a thin layer of cheese.
Spoon the chilli bean mixture evenly over the corn chips.
Then grate a fuckload of cheese and sprinkle it thickly and evenly over the top of it all.
Put it in an oven preheated to 200c.
Check up on it every couple of minutes.
You can tell it’s done by the edges of the corn chips becoming slightly blackened, the cheese having melted, and the beans looking cooked.

Once it’s cooked, spoon a big dollop of sour cream into the middle of it, and enjoy :D

Do not eat if you plan on sleeping in the next morning.
It tends to have me rushing for the toilet as soon as I wake up.
