I just kinda noticed that there weren’t too many popular Nintendo gaming forums and decided to start one. Open to anyone, anything, as long as it stays in Nintendo. Just to start it off, I’ll give you a starting title, just to generate something: Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon. This title just came out last month.

Nuclear Powerplant
A tower that is like a combination of monkey village and banana farm, in that it can’t attack bloons( unless upgraded with 2/0, 3/0 or 0/4 ), but on the end of every round it gives a random amount of money( from 100 to 200 ), and gives nearby towers upgrades.
Cost: Easy: 1000 Medium: 1450 Hard: 2050

Path 1:
Bloontonium Fuel
Rises the max amount given money by 50.
1000/1250/1500

Radioactive Waste
During a wave, the tower will randomly throw out a glob of radioactive waste, slowing and popping up to 10 bloons per glob, like corrosive glue.
2115/2500/3000

Heat Exhaust Pipe
Bloons coming too close to the powerplant will get lit on fire.
1500/1915/2025

Radioactive Storm
Radioactive Storm ability:
All bloons on the screen will be stunned for 10 seconds, but your towers will fire 10% slower during those 10 seconds. Does not affect MOAB-class bloons.
5500/6000/6550( Requires Rank 45 or higher. )

Path 2:

Mental Boost
Makes all towers near the powerplant attack speed rise by 5%. Does only affect non-machine towers( dart monkeys, ninjas, boomerang throwers, etc. )( Robo-monkey and higher will be affected. )
1200/1410/1550

Hot Gears
Same as Mental Boost, but affects machine towers( tack shooter, spike factory, bomb tower, etc. )( Once again, Robo-monkey=Yes. )
…( Same as Mental Boost upgrade cost. )

Bloon Cancer
Bloons near the Powerplant will become 50% slower. It does also nullify the effect of camo and regen bloons.

Self-destruct
When upgraded, the Powerplant will turn power generation up to max, gives you a amount of money( depending on difficulty ), overheats and explodes. Shortly said, it litteraly skips to the end of the wave. Well, nice knowing you, Powerplant. *Cries
2000/1000/+800( Requires Rank 45 or higher. )
