It’s fine as long as you remember the three rules:
No direct sunlight
Don’t get them wet
and DON’T feed them after midnight

Topic: Games / Brag: Kongai Komeback I love these people bothering to post saying that they don’t care. I mean clearly you do care because you took the time to post. I actually think you are jealous that Konspirator01 is better at Kongai than you (which is a pretty silly thing to get upset about). At least he stuck to his guns and turned the game around instead of quitting the match early and posting some long, ignorant diatribe about how Popo is OP, or ToD is OP, or how using the intercept button is OP. |

Topic: Games / Typing Ninja Hunter - kill me now I agree with everything mentioned in the OP. Typing Ninja = total failure. Greg and co were too busy with Kongai to pay any attention to how terrible and unpolished this game is. To further top it off, I got the 25k points needed for the card and it didn’t register, so now I get to play this awesome game one more time! |

Topic: Kongregate / Duplicate Kongai Cards Duplicate items are usable, not duplicate charaters i think. I posted a list of cards that hadn’t been released yet so people could avoid picking dupe characters a few days ago. |

Topic: Kongregate / Kongai cards by release date I think Greg is missing a Tafari card, there was someone else (I forget the name) who had all the cards that I used. Phatcat also looks like he has all the cards. I don’t think I missed any though. Remember my list is just the R1 cards, though I did mention the others in my post. This list is for people that need to pick starters and don’t already have all the cards. |

Topic: Games / no 1 on multi players :( The Campaign Game is the best multiplayer game on this site I have found so far. You can still find people playing it, though you will be relentlessly owned until you get a good strategy down. |

Topic: Kongregate / Kongai cards by release date It’s for people who don’t have all the cards and want to get the best cards quickly. In my case, I’ve got Cain and Popo, but I missed the good items for them (tome, phylactery, feather, poison), so I’d like to pick them as starters rather than wait an extremely long time or hope that I get lucky and get them from wins. Also, the breastplate that was released in April was a special edition card wasn’t it? The R1 breastplate is still not out yet I don’t think. I forgot to mention the special editions though, I’ll edit that in. |

Topic: Kongregate / Kongai cards by release date So it looks like Kongai is going to come out soon, so I thought I would post the list I made of the cards that have been released so far to help people pick starter cards. It would be quite frustrating for someone who does not have all the cards to pick some starters only to find those cards available from challenges a few weeks from now. The first run of cards went from March 2007 to January 2008. There have also been four special edition cards released so far: a Reinforced Breastplate w/sunglasses for some reason, a PAX edition Tafari, a Halloween edition Blood Vial, and a Valentine’s Day edition Gem of Souls. We are about halfway through the second run of cards now (R1). Here are the cards that have been released so far from that run (the dates listed are the Thursdays of the week that the card was available): General’s Insignia – July 3 Popo – June 26 Cain Solomon – June 19 Juju – June 12 Scroll of Inner Focus – June 5 Phoebe – May 29 Necronomic Tome – May 22 Helene – May 15 Sharpening Stone – May 8 Valkyrie’s Charm – May 1 Herbal Remedy – April 24 Ambrosia Thorn – April 17 Higashi – April 10 Healing Salve – April 3 Sacred Candle – March 27 Rumiko – March 20 Phylactery – March 13 Onimaru – March 6 Quickening Powder – February 28 Elusive Feather – February 21 Death Mask – February 14 Deadly Poison – February 7 I plan on picking as starters cards that I am missing from this list since these cards will not be available again for at least six months (the time it will take to go through the rest of the cards assuming they stick to one card challenge per week). In case you are curious, here are the cards that haven’t been released yet and should appear sometime in the next six months: Mindreader’s Chalice Yellow Rock of Cowards Girdle of Iron Will Stoneheel Totem Vanessa Voss Marquis Le Morte Cornelius Constantine Ring of Curses Blood Vial Gem of Souls Tafari Ubuntu Zina Tiger’s Claw Amaya Yoshiro Jade Figurine Flash Powder Origami Crane Caltrops Anex Andromeda Ashi Reinforced Breastplate |

Topic: Serious Discussion / Evolution and such I agree with GunsNRosesx3. God just wants you to believe, OPEN UP YOUR EARS AND MIND TO THE WORD OF GOD SINNERS! Evolution is a conspiracy thought up by commie-liberal-pinko-terrorist-atheist-islamofacist-jew-nazis who are trying to create hell on Earth with their devilish “theories” and “evidence”. I don’t need any of this fancy logic-talk to explain what I think I just look at the flowers. “Why is this flower here?” I ask. BECAUSE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST PLANTED IT SO THAT IT MIGHT GROW! “Why does it have the number of petals that is does?” I wonder. BECAUSE THAT NUMBER OF PETALS IS ALL PART OF GOD’S GREAT PLAN! These devil-worshiping EVIL-utionists (thank you Mr. Ben Stein) are trying to say that the flower just grew these petals one at a time! Balderdash I say, WHAT USE IS HALF A PETAL! NONE AT ALL UNLESS YOU HAVE HALF A NOSE! You would have to be a total moran to still be thinking of trying to argue with my bullet-proof logic here, but here is yet another reason that evolution is wrong. HOW CAN FLOWERS EVOLVE WHEN THEY DON’T EVEN MOVE AT ALL UNLESS GOD IS BLOWING THE WIND AT THEM!! As you can see, flowers don’t do anything unless God tells them to. One day God is going to tell the flowers to kill everybody who is less white than I am. Then you will see, YOU WILL ALL SEE THE GLORY OF THE LORD! TESTIFY! AND GOD BLESS AMERICA! |

Topic: Kongregate / Shouldn't we be shouting from the rooftops? Finally, I’d given up on getting into the beta. Does anybody know if you will still only be able to pick characters for your starter cards if you’ve got less than ten character cards in your deck? Will there be any changes in terms of getting cards? I ask because I’ve got Popo and Cain from recent challenges, but what I have heard are good items for them (tome, phylactery, feather, poison) were released earlier this year before I joined Kong and won’t reappear in challenges for over six months. If I can’t pick item cards as starters, will my only options be to play with a gimped deck or wait until I get enough cards through challenges? |

Topic: Serious Discussion / Who are the top 3 worst presidents we have ever had? Yeah, and let’s not forget that WWIII almost started under Kennedy. He’s like the Paul McCartney of US presidents. But honestly ee80, FDR in your 5 worst? Do you have a reason for that because FDR was probably one of the most important US presidents. Here’s my list: 1) George Bush Jr. (of course) 2) Richard Nixon (Vietnam War, Watergate) 3) Ronald Regan (Reganonomics) |

Topic: Serious Discussion / Forbidden Archeology I think that he is a propagandist because he has a degree in a field unrelated to the topic of his book. Cremo is trying to make the point that Homo Sapiens were around back then, which means we aren’t the product of evolution. Unfortunately, there is no evidence other than this footprint to substantiate the idea that there were modern humans back then. There is no evolutionist conspiracy to suppress this information, the Laetoli footprints are well known and not particularly controversial. Cremo is just playing fast and loose with the facts; the Laetoli footprints are not modern human footprints, they show a couple of hominids walking upright (no knuckle-dragging) with an arched foot (as opposed to monkey feet). The prints were dated as being over 3 million years old, so it was concluded that that type of foot is at least that old. It’s not identical to our feet and there is no reason to assume there were modern men at that time. |
