It’s not legal because it takes your life.
However, the USA is suppose to go with “the pursuit of happiness” as a unalienable right.

Shouldn’t this logically be covered in the pursuit of happiness?

If someone forces you to stay alive, wouldn’t they be torturing you?

If you kill yourself and assuming you have conciseness after death ( ex- afterlife/rebirth) i don’t believe that anyone would be happy. People see suicide as the easy way out without considering the good things in life. Suicide is a perninment solution to a temporary problem

I have come up with a very strange idea that to calculate probability would be impossible. For example, Say if i had 10 nickles and ten quarters in a bag and i picked one out of the bag without looking. Supposedly their is a 1/2 chance that i will pick a quarter but what if a piece of space junk crashes on top of me making me unable to pick from the bag. Or if i had a heart attack and died. My theory basically is that there are a infinite number of ways something screwing up so calculating probability is impossible. Discuss :)
