During production of Tyrant, the devs realized that the features, war mechanics, and growing card list wouldn’t be enough on their own to keep players coming back for the longterm, especially due to the limitations of programing it on a flash format.

To combat the likelihood of a max exodus from this game which normally would have occurred about a year ago, the devs programmed a very slight amount of crack cocaine into the game. While this has resulted in a good amount of people getting addicted to the game (kudos to those who were strong enough to resist or to break the addiction cold turkey), it can also explain the minority reaction of certain users going batshit crazy in the forum with their posts full of ridiculous and baseless paranoia (see: anyone from TASW who has ever posted anything) or gibberish/hogwash (see: the standard tourney thread by mini-Shian).

You have no clue whatsoever about what was going on, do you? We tried to rid the game of the biggest game-breaker, and didn’t gank due to a personal issue…

You call game killer to a faction that most of the time was too far in FP to attack or get attacked? Please, this was all about revenge and jealousy. And you DID use bot factions to bring CO down, if you had been smarter you wouldn’t have done that, you gave them an excuse to seek revenge.
