So i am requesting the right to create a second game. I can only promise quality from my games. Thanks!
I approve others for second games when I’ve seen them host games and know they can handle the second game. I’ve tried it before and it’s quite difficult and stressful to be honest. While you wait, I suggest you sign up for other games, if there aren’t any games to sign up for currently you can pass the time by playing games here on Kongregate or whatever site you prefer for gaming.

You finally get around the large mountain and approach the town of Mesh. This region is quite flat, but the altitude makes your nose want to bleed. Your legs ache as you enter the decent city of Mesh. On the other side of town, you see more infected heading into the town while a building located in the town center seems to be completely boarded up with a note attached to the door. In black paint, the words “Do Not Enter: Dead Inside” are spray painted black on the side of the building.
Philip
Figuring you’re safe from the infected, you lay in the lush grass of the Far Hills on the hillside, a few infected in the distance but he’s just a blur on the horizon. The long, green grass blows in the wind, almost making you feel like nothing is wrong in the world. You doze off asleep for a quick cat nap.
Leaf
Legs stand at one hole of the rock, you throw your banana peel on the other side of the rock which is quickly blocked by another pair of rotting legs. The banana peel gimmick doesn’t work very well on the rocky, dirt, grass mixture. The walker looks at the peel and grabs it, trying to swallow it, quickly spitting it back out. You looks on the ground and sees your eyes looking at him. He yells as he gets on his knees, quickly reaching it with his arm. You back away from his hand only to bump into more bony fingers on the other side. You get in the exact center on the two openings blocked by arms and heads looking in, the fingers jab at your thigh, you try to keep calm looking for a way out.
Jonathan
13195, Rosebud Lane. You quickly jot it down on your memory and walk towards the other houses while eating a great Cheetos snack. You toss the wrapper on the floor as you look at your cheeto fingers. You look at the house on the left, something is moving around on the inside, a walker, human… something. The house on the left has smoke coming from it’s chimney, somebody was here recently, this might be somebody’s house!

Aliens All movies
Star Trek some movies and their TV shows
Dr Who TV show
Plus many more.
So sue the fucking pants of these shows first, plus sue the fucking games on kongregate! Then Stone. I’d say GIVE Developus a chance.
At least he isn’t spamming anymore. Remember kingzak, Stone!
No need to be a dick about it, Walford, just making sure he doesn’t go to jail over something so silly.
The Aliens in alien movies are all different if you haven’t noticed, and please show me where in Star Trek and Dr who they used a copy righted image. They may use an image, but they have credits for a reason and most likely contacted the creator first. I have given Developous many chances, I sign for one game, he abandons, I sign for another which he abandons again. I sign for another which makes it past sign ups but he doesnt commit to it. People told me to give him another chance, sure again he goes on about some rant making me drop out.
“Stone, give him another chance!” Fine, I do it, he makes a thread ranting, I drop out. When does the phase “Give him a chance” end? I don’t hate Developous, in fact, when I see a game of his I don’t like, I post why I don’t like it. This one because of the complicated configuration for a character sheet, I don’t want to fill in so many blanks.
TL;DR: Too many chances given already, shows never plagiarized, 95% of games on kongregate don’t use pictures, and when they do (such as banners) the host makes their own.

Quit being a legal eagle. I hate such people, and that’s what a disclaimer is for. Its enough credit where I stand, even if it’s the lazy way out of things.
And I have no qualms about which pictures you use – save a few kinds. So live with it.
I would point out where this is wrong, but I must leave. Please take my advice and stay out of legal trouble.

it’s still illegal to use them because it is not yours and you didn’t give credit. Hence plagerism
Let’s say I murdered a man.
“I killed a person, but you can’t take me to jail because before killing him, I told him “I will not take any responsibility for any death or illegal issues that may happen in the first place”. So you can’t take me to jail."
That is what your saying, except with plagiarism and not murder.
I know it seems like im being an asshole a jerk. But I don’t want to see you go to prison because of something that could have easily been avoided.

We give no claims as to where any of these pictures came from in the first place, whether its the user or someone else in the first place.
The audience knows it’s from somewhere else. But if I make the exact same game as this one, and say “Im not saying who first made this, but I didn’t make it.” You would be infuriated and you still didn’t give credit.. giving credit is stating who made it in the first place. An example is below, i’ll google “Elephant” and take a random photo from there and give credit just in case you’re confused.

Photo taken from National Geographic’s African Elephant studies, this photo was taken by Beverly Joubert at the National Geographic Society.
Or you can take the citation route.
Joubert, Beverly E. “African Elephant.” National Geographic. National Geographic, 14 June 2003. Web. 11 May 2013.
Very simple, short, and easy! Takes no longer than 7-8 minutes, keeps you safe, and all it takes is a quick google search.

Whenever you find the picture wherever you normally find them. Go to the original page or reverse google image it. Why would I sue you? You didn’t steal my photos. James Chung might though.

Let’s leave it at that. Also, I doubt I will be making too many more pics, save perhaps equips…
You should give verbal credit though, it’s not worth the risk of getting in legal trouble with your own hometown. You might know where they came from, but everybody else doesn’t and automatically thinks you made them, which is very rude and insulting to the original creator.

I rest my case. Always about the legalism. If all you care about is laws and authority, then you are truely monsters. All the good pics are either copyrighted or just plain fricking expensive, I tell you. Also, the way you say it, its seen as a sign of disrespect.
Create your own then or pay for it. I’ve made plenty of good art just for my games, you can too.

If they had such strict standards about their pictures, they would ban them from google in the first place.
It’s funny because you don’t know how the internet works. You can’t ban your images from google, Google looks across the web with anything related to your search. It’s like you trying to ban google from picking up this thread when you type in “Delta Complex Forum Games Kongregate”
Even if it was somehow banned from google, it’s still illegal to use them because it is not yours and you didn’t give credit. Hence plagerism

You don’t have to say where you live, you just have to be online for the federal law to trace your IP. James Chung lives in Las Angeles, California. So he would contact the LA police department, the LA police department would trace your IP address, figure out your exact location, contact your home town’s police department, etc. You wont have to say where you live for the federal law to find you.
“No Illegal, Infringing or Abusive Message Content or Conduct” -Kongregate Terms of Use
Last time I checked, plagiarism is Illegal..
Also, don’t make me tell Ubisoft you used their image without permission either. They actually have top of the line lawyers.

Its required to give credit to the person who actually made the R4L art or it is plagiarism.
I have contacted James Chung, the artist of this piece. It’s his decision if he will let it go or contact the Las Angeles Police Department and put it in the Federal Law’s hands.

No, it just unlocks the ability to do different things, such as opening crates. If you find a lockpick that will help with locked doors.

You use your Iiimaaaginatioon.
Through bandages, makeshift bandages, removing things that entered your body such as bullets. Natural scabbing, though this process is very long.

Frank
You sit in the soft polyester seats of the car, manually locking the doors. You lean back in the chair and relax, pulling an arid worm from your pocket. Hesitantly you pull it to your mouth and crunch up the slimy noodle like creature. It slithers down your throat barely filling you up. You unwrap a twinkie and chase the bug with the soft spongy treat.
Jonathan
An infected’s arm grasps the door frame as he tries to pull himself over the others and getting in, meanwhile another tries squishing around the other, squirming to get in. You take your knife and stab at the wrist of the first walker, his hand falls as a bloody stump bangs on the frame. The third bashes against the second walker shoving the first one in, the other two trapped in the barricade. You back up with your knife in hand, the walker swings at you and smacks your arm with his stump, you internally laugh at his efforts, knowing he could pull a fast one. You kick his chest to shove him away and down to the floor, you take the knife and jam it into his skull. You swish the dagger’s tip around inside of him, you try to yank the dagger out but his head as a strong grasp on it. You pull with your might and his head comes with it, you look at the head as it falls off the dagger and onto the floor.
The other two find their way past the small crevice, the stumbled towards you, shoving you against the corner. The infected raises his arm to rake your head, you quickly put you knife out, as his hand comes in he impales himself onto the knife. You kick his leg which forces him away and leaves him with a wound. You quickly go around the second walker, slicing the back of his neck quickly. A deep gash left pulsing as he hit the wall before falling to the floor. The infected with a bloody hand gets up only to quickly be slammed down with the handle of the knife. He seems to be dazed and a possible shattered skull. You cut his throat open and quickly dodge in the incoming blood.
You look around at the corpses and search the bodies, no one had anything except one of them had a plastic card, an ID card stashed away in his rags. You look at the card, it’s faded and illegible. The name starts with “Do” and his title could be made out as “Deltaretrovirus Researcher” whatever that is.. you wonder about who this man could be.
Philip
You look into a neighbors house in the large town of Joes. You look around and you dont see much, you check the pantry, nothing, you check the dresser, nothing. You check jars, containers, etc. again, nothing. You look inside the fridge and see plenty of empty containers and a glass container wrapped with tin foil. You look through the glass, it’s hard to see what it is, but it looks like food. You open the tin foil and see an untouched cooked turkey in the container. Overjoyed, you take the meat and leave towards some fields.
Draco
You look around near the docks, a very expensive fish rod sits on the wooden planks. This thing looks phenomenal! You look at a few crates, but no open boxes. You look at the end of the dock and see a steel bar, you go close to it and inspect it, a crowbar! Just what you need, you look at the crate and pry it open, a great amount of bass pours out.
Leaf Will Be Replaced If She Does Not Post This Round
While im at it, other players cannot join your group as a partner. You can make an alliance with them, but remember your goal is be the last man standing

When fighting, it would be just like a second man fighting with you. When its your turn to attack, you will attack and your partner will attack. When defending, the walker (if outnumbered) will randomly select who to attack, then he rolls for attack and the defender rolls for defense. So in battles, they boost your offence by a lot. When looking for items, you get a second roll in scavenging, you roll for each item you want and then the partner rolls for each item you want. For an example..
“My partner and I search the cabin for clothes, food, and anything useful”
You roll 1-100 for clothes, again for food, and again for misc items, then your partner will roll 1-100 for clothes, again for food, and once more for misc items. They will get their own inventory, I think I will portray all followers on the right side of the map going vertical. Their inventory will probably be a 3 by 2.
Controlling wise, its a mix of auto and manual. If you say the above saying, that would be direct control telling him he must search the cabin. If you don’t say what the partner does, then he will take control of his own self doing whatever he feels like. These perks come at a price though, he will require rest, food, bandages, pills, etc. So make sure you can supply him with what he needs. Sanity will regain faster with a partner around, but its not too noticeable, about a 15% increase.

Yes, they can join you. I will, in some way, show you their armor and weapons and the chance of recruitment will improve based on your previous battles, current food supply, current gear that isn’t being used, etc. It will also help if you help them out, such as bailing them out of a horde, or helping them with anything they need help with. Not sure if this fully answers your question..

As you run towards the large city of Mesh, you pass up what seemed to be a busy street. Plenty of littered, stripped cars lined the streets. Though checking each car for any supplies would never hurt. As you search each car, none has anything good to offer. You come across a muddy white truck with heavy dents and scratches on the sides of it. You check the glove box and a well fueled lighter is on top of car insurance papers.
Philip
You sit down and rest your legs for a little while, snacking on a few apples. After your short rest, you stand up and search the neighbor’s house, this man seems to be more rich than the last. You look through a jewelry box, it all has been looted yet a note on an index card was left behind. You read the note card and think about it. You close the jewelry box and search the house. It’s already been looted by somebody, possibly that guy who left the note..
Jonathan
The cot makes a perfect barrier at the door to stop any in coming danger, especially with you sleeping in it. About five hours later, you awaken to banging on the doors. Knowing the cot was heavy enough to block the door, you stand up and peer out. Blue, frost bitten infected slam at the door. You look around, there are no other doors and also there aren’t any windows you could climb out of, except for the two large windows at the front, though those are next to the zombies. Only three zombies sit there, waiting for you to come out, nothing you can’t deal with.
Draco
As you move Caul, not much lies between you and the city. Once you arrive, you quickly look around, it’s a large shipping city, specifically for fish. You check the ports for ships, but it looks like everybody took them to escape this infested island. You feel at home, a smelly, fishy home.
Leaf
You sit there, collecting dust, starring off into the horizon. You enjoy your pending death.
