Badge Suggestions!
Giants and Dwarves TD looks like it’s getting badges. The Valiant Little Tailor seems like a good source for badge titles.
Seven in many blows badge (medium ~ 15 points)
Kill seven Giants in Giants and Dwarves TD.
(This is probably closer to an easy than a medium)

Incidentally, the obvious badge idea to go with that name is a badge containing the “This is not a square” sign.

I’ve been having problems getting the game to load on Safari on Mac (the game gets stuck on the loading sounds screen), and had no problems with it loading on Chrome or getting the badge there.

Why is K+ so expensive?

Because that’s the amount that Kongregate thinks will result in the most profit from K+ subscription.

no-one has to die
and no one does badge (easy ~ 5 points)
Reach the final ending of no-one has to die
(The game deserves a badge, but I have a hard time thinking full game completion is even a medium badge.)

Badge Suggestions!
Any suggestion of Ghost Hacker badges that doesn’t include monster mode as either an easy or a medium badge is silly. Monster mode is the the new thing in Ghost Hacker 2, and pointing that out is exactly what an easy/medium badge is used for.
I agree with double hard or hard/impossible for beating the game and collecting all 36 challenge level cores. I haven’t decided which one of hard/impossible is correct, mainly because I haven’t done it yet. To be fair, I feel like its harder than the Bubble Tanks Tower Defense Impossible, which is a good reason to make it an impossible.

Raise the level cap

Even if you are worried about motivating people that are level 65, a much better solution would be fixing the leaderboards as opposed to raising the level cap. I’d much rather know that I’ve got the 2367th most points on Kong then that I’m level 67.

New badge discussion
OK, got the Cloudstone hard badge. It’s doable at level 25 with lots of health potions, monk, healbomb, and good gear for that level. I fought a giant rat thing and a mage; the mage was by far the harder of the two, but he appeared in roughly all twenty level 10 attempts I made. (The other boss varies between a giant pumpkin and a giant rat.)
The main problem is that leveling takes forever. The most efficient way is pvp (roughly 3000 exp a fight), and level 25-26 requires over 70000 exp. I was fortunate enough to already have a level 24 character from months ago that had around 300 or so rubies; doing it from scratch would be painful.
Edit: As of right now the badge earned stats for Cloudstone are
Easy: 12134
Medium: 3755
Hard: 151
That’s a sign of a poorly designed hard badge.

I’m level 24 and can beat the first 9 floors as a monk with the use of some power potions. (Basically, healbomb, run, healbomb some more, run again, and use a power potion or health potion when needed).
I’m nowhere close to beating level 10, since they replace 60 or so normalish enemies with 2 bosses at the same time.

As I said before, anybody who has video game savvy would have noticed the stars (especially since you can’t reobtain a star you’ve already gotten when you replay a stage.) Feel free to continue arguing the point and to continue demonstrating that you don’t have video game savvy.

Each level has 10 stars that you can pick up; touching a star in level gives it to you. Hovering over a level before you select it tells you how many stars out of 10 you’ve gotten for the level.
The actual mechanic for getting stars is fairly obvious to anybody with any amount of video game savvy after you play a single stage.

[Solved]Badges suggestion
Strangely enough, that response gives a better suggestion than your original one: you really want API support for posting messages to people’s feeds from in game. That must exist already (multiple MMO’s have a feature where the player is given the option to voluntarily post in-game achievements to their thread.) I’d suggest asking in the Kongregate API forum about that.
Having the tab record information is mostly useless if you want to spread news about your game. If you want to record players progress in the tabs, you can do that already with high scores; just treat the variables as binary variables that record if they’ve accomplished a certain tasks.

If you click on those achievements in the achievement screen (and you have everything necessary unlocked), it will automatically start the appropriate race/racer/bike combo. (You might already know this, but since only one of those races is actually hard to win, I figured the difficulty was might be remembering the appropriate combo.)

Maybe a second medium for game completion, if there is a part of the game that is considered “the end”. I’m unsure as if there is, I haven’t gotten to it yet. Maybe something linked to the in game achievements. I’ll probably edit this later with another suggestion.
Getting first in the all Haddock race called Pillars of Mars (which unlocks Haddock mode) is essentially game completion. In any case, there should be a badge for unlocking Haddock Mode, and by itself that badge would be a hard badge.

[Solved]Badges suggestion
If you want to have in game badges, you can just do it. It just won’t give people points on Kongregate. If you have a well designed in game badge and your game is popular, then that in game badge might eventually be used as the basis for a Kongregate badge.
If your game isn’t popular, then badges aren’t going to make it popular.

Absolute worst (and I guess best) Kongregate badges
There’s a shocking lack of Bible Fight in this thread about worst badges. It’s a game that got badged quickly because the dev was incorrectly asumed to be popular, and the game suffers from awful controls, poor balance, and awful controls. The badges just go out of the way to emphasize the awful controls and poor balance.

There’s an extra bronze key in one of the Whitefall Village shops; it’s sitting out in the open as a goodie to steal. (I think it’s the rare item/food shop in the upper left part of Whitefall.)

Badge Suggestions!
I sort of want the beat the game badge for EBF4 to be “Better than the Sun King”, but I’m not sure if that’s too much of a spoiler. (Alternatively, one of the inevitable Cat God versus Sun King 2 badges could be “Egyptian Battle Fantasy”.)
