thankyou for explaining damijin, I fully apreciate that yes chatrooms are under-modded and that people are spamming more and more. I will still continue to follow through this idea relentlessly though, and will support you 100 percent with whatever i can do to help out and generally wait for the day to come. thanks again,

On the new release game Bowja the Ninja 2, i somehow noticed, that the page of comments i was on was all pictures of mario. spam. spam. spam. i decided to rampage agaisnt this and went down about 10 pages flagging every spam as innapropriate. is this wrong? right?

i was the flag-bearer for this proposal under my old account, and i now think that although some kongregate staff agreed that this was a good idea, i dont know how much is being done to achieve it.

There were also some issues that some people raised when i last put forward the idea. I will now hope to resolve underneath.

a) How you would stop un-serious people from coming to the chatroom as you can’t (yet?) ban from chatrooms, just from kongregate iteslf. Solution) Make it an offense to go onto the serious discussion chatroom, with the intention of disrupting chat. Then after 2 warnings to join another chatroom not specifically called “Serious Discussion” people would be banned from kongregate by breaking a main rule. I know that lots of moderators would be intrested in a chatroom of this sort and pheonix could be the room owner so it would always be heavily modded.

b) Some people said that as new people were randomly put into chatrooms, people might not digress that this chatroom is purely serious discussion. Solution) Have a kongregate or room owner? message every x minutes explaining the rules of this hcatroom, in the same way the card comes up in chat.

Please put pressure on Kongregate to implement this idea, by singing the following petition. If you have any other ideas or suggestions reffering to a serious discussion chatroom or my inability to spell “plea” feel free to shout me or just write something in underneath. NOW! -KEIRonline

but i agree with josh, that buying the chance to play for a card that youve missed, would add as a better feature.

But once you could exchange points then, having points as a trophy of levels and how good you are etc would be worthless, as some people might exchange loads of points for prizes, have about 10 points, be on level 1, whereas others might never exchange points for prisez and thus have more points.
