Yes I am just guessing that bot faction is arising and they have some relation to the Dragon. My small faction counts nothing but it would be interesting to know whats going on.

Today my solo faction was attacked by “Best Dragon” and all its member are jondolaXX (XX:random number from 50-60)
, plus all of them are using pyro+ospry.

A pure bot faction eh? And any of you can tell is there some drama behind it?

In general I donot want the craft system anymore like many other vets because we are sitting on piles of components but hesistate to sell them in case there would be future craft rewards. And the old craft cards are becoming obsolete and only for collecting so the system hardly encouarge us to play.

But in regarding the change, I am also thinking dev should consider it carefully and finish it in a smooth way:

- give ppl time to finish current progress, no sudden switch.
- the level should be comparable to the crafting difficulties.
- raise gold reward for future missons, raids, daily quests, faction wars, etc. And especially, the shards reward from faction wars is related to members loyality to encourage ppl stick rather than quick jump. I hope the gold reward in the future work the same.
- give some detail price/level infos before the change, hear ppl if they think its “fair” (though many of us are not interested in givig “fair” comments at all)

Buying Gold packs with shards is fair. New players just need time to catch up progress and thats why a refill can help.

They save their time, dev get the money. Thats it.

They should slowly release old packs for gold to let people use what they earned. otherwise their is hardly a reason for old timer to keep grinding except daily quest and Conquest, not to mention the latter is ruled by account sharing.

The point?

No one should be saying ANYTHING along the lines of “omg devs need to eat too!!!!!” I’m quite sure they’d still be making a nice profit if they introduced, say, another gold pack.

That is not a lot of money for a company that may employ several people. Simple fact is that the devs don’t see tyrant as a long term game…they believed it would only last a couple years, hence why they are trying to pinch every penny out of it that they can.

My simple rule to pick up game is the dev should like it themselves.

There is games made by gamers, there is games made by coder and there is games made by businessman. I am pretty sure the first one is always the funnest to play.

it’s a monopoly for the player: you pay WB, you do better for the faction, you can join top factions, you can earn CT to save your WB.

I am not a WB player and only thanks to the fansite I can find a few decks to finish quests/missions without wasting too much energy and fall even further behind the top tiers. And I have been playing since Blight and own a good pool of cards. So what are the fresh newbies nowadays supposed to catch up?

Seriously there should be better way to encourage ppl to join the community, otherwise the rating will just keep falling and people are still cursing the dev. I remember that was once 4.43 before the famous “make nexus for gold petition” right?

I understood this fact one year ago and quit tyrant.
Recently I heard the dev is finally to “encourage none-WB and casual players by letting them buy nexus pack via gold” and checked the whole game again, only to find the gold is even further useless, am I legit to put some words like this?

at first glance I found this a good news, some interesting idea and itself can show the game is not abandoned by the dev yet.
but after I read the detail… well for a semi quitter like me (quite a few weeks with log-in only once pre day and auto all energy on the same mission with less than 50% winning ratio), I have got the perfect reason to keep distance with this game.

I think its good to be a WB only pack because most guys still have place to spend the gold, aka the HW pack.

But I am also for a price reduce for old packs. in general every new exp makes the old one less attractive and useful and thus the dev can keep no-wb player happy and stick with the game. Though they wont bring money directly, they do enhance the fun for others like more hot faction wars, more raid opportunities, etc. and who says they wont tell this game to a friend and none of their friend is a potential wb player?

About the topic: yeah, I´d love that, too. But probably the prices would be insane like HW packs and everyone would keep complaining. And btw: most nexus cards lost their use ages ago. you wont buy it because you are not a collector and only aim to get better cards, but there are other ppl that play this game for fun and/or only wish to collect.

follow your logic, i will suggest you stop buying any packs at all because the new expansion will certainly make many of them even more obsolete. and knowing the dev will go on releasing better cards in the future, is it fun for those faction wars/raids/gold farm grinding at all?

though I doubt dev will take this suggest, i still want to sign it again, because since nexus is no more so attractive/useful for normal players, release them for gold will only make collectors happy while normal players are not affected at all.
And the dev should learn that they can take more by firstly give a few. just like the recent 10 extra wb that could make some guys feel “its so little and why not buy a few more to make them more useful?”

please donot change gold pack. I have already spent over 500k on it after they released purity but still not gotten 100%. It would become a joke for gold pack collectors if they added cards again.

and I agree they should hold the release for a few weeks more and concentrate on rebalancing, just help to keep the playerbase and leave the developer more room for future contents.

Another bump from new joined teammates.

We have experienced and friendly players. We are not asking for LP requirement. We just hope anyone joins us will keep playing tyrant as faction could be the good place to help anyone learn new friends rather than grinding missions lonely.

Yes I know the faction war in top tier could be boring and tiring: ppl pay money just to win the opponent who is also paying, ppl log on many times each day just to not be kicked due to LP requirement, and teammates could even be treated as tool for the victory. But our old yet small faction is still far from that day, and I can tell even if that day finally came, I myself would be among the first to quit.

So everyone if you have learnt enough basic gameplay and wish to find new friends in this game, want to enjoy the faction wars once again in these new purity-homeworld days or are just curious about faction, please give our group a try.
