Since I updated my game (Test CL) people can’t play it if they have not cleared cache first. What can I do? I don’t want to tell everyone instructions to clear cache.

It is strange. Sometimes the game shows my username and sometimes don’t. If i refresh the webpage several times, I finally can see my username.Is a cache problem? I am going to look into this problem more time. Will this game show in the QuickKong games list?

I deleted cache again and now I can play Test CL perfectly. The game shows my username at the beggining. All is working with quickkong api. Great!

While playing on preview mode everything ok, but now I have published it, the game don’t show my username.

BIG PROBLEM. I noticed I could play on preview mode if I deleted the browser cache. I did and it worked fine. I published it and now it doesn’t work. If I play from a different browser I can play but the game don’t show my username. If I play from my browser I can’t play. I don’t know what happens every time I want to update the game. Please help.

I would like how to update a game with one swf and several jpg files. This is the second time I can’t play my updated game after uploading the files. Must I upload only the swf file or all the files? Must I use a .zip file? Can I delete all the files in folder and then re-upload all again? How do people here update games? I need help please.

If I upload a new version of my game, it doesn’t work. But if I upload as a new game, it does work perfectly. How must I upload a new preview version? I am uploading a swf and a zip with several jpg files.

I have a game with stats and then I added isguest() function to the code of a new version. All works fine when I run locally but it doesn’t work after re-uploaded and tested on preview version. Do I need to delete all the files out of the game? Is this possible? Cause I can see more files on the game folder than I need.

I think I know what the problem was. Have I upload all the files again when I want to update the swf only? I only re-uploaded swf file because it was the only one I changed but the game has other files with background images out of the swf.

I know more about this. If I go to the website of the game for the first time in a different browser, I see a black screen as guest and even signing in. If I go with the same browser I played for the first time, then I can see the new version, no matter username I use. I need help because friends of mine can’t play since I uploaded the new version.

I updated only for fixing several texts (vocabulary mistakes). The new swf file has the same name and size like the old one.

If I sign in as scrauler I can play testcl as usual, but if I don’t sign in I can only see a black screen. So, nobody can play the game except me. This occurs since I re-uploaded the swf in order to update it yesterday.

I have uploaded my first game here 2 days ago. Yesterday I saw a mistake with the text inside the game so I fixed it and I re-uploaded the game. Today, I am the only one who can play the game. If I try to play as a guest, I only see a black screen. Any help is welcome. Thx.
