You’re going to have to give us some more information. What do you mean exactly? You can’t go to the profile screen? Your badge/egg don’t show up when you play a game? Have you tried changing your egg/badge if that is the case? If you can explain your problem we would be happy to help.

I completely agree, it’s just very difficult getting the balance right because obviously it wouldn’t work if it was too easy to unlock new content either, it has to be just right.

Anyway, we have decided to increase the amount that you can get from the reward wheel after a game now which should go some way towards increasing the speed that you can get new Rune Stones at.

Thanks for this CBS21. I guess from our perspective we feel that it is a long-term game that will take some time to master so it is ok for it to take a while to collect Rune Stones. Also there’s the fact that you get one every level up so you build up at the start and you also now get 500 Tokens from the start you can buy a pack right away if you wanted. Clearly we have not got it quite right yet though so we will go back to the drawing board and see what we can come up with.

You may have a point with that, it can be quite a strong Rune, but you do still have to have the resources to play it of course. I will consider increasing its cost though.

Absolutely no offense taken at all. As I said we really appreciate your comments. You’re just being honest and it’s really helpful for us to hear this sort of thing because it helps us to improve the experience. For example, I have already improved the wait time between games and the map scrolling issue.

As NarfiNarf says all the packs are available for free currency as well as paid for so you can get all the booster packs for free.

While it’s frustrating to read this I do appreciate the time you have taken to lay out your feelings about the game. Clearly we are not doing a good enough job of communicating several things to new players so that is something we need to work on.

There is premium content but all of it is unlockable for free and you are given tokens regularly for playing pvp. We feel that this is a pretty fair way of doing things but we will look at also giving tokens for the campaign.

The wait at the end of a turn is to allow animations to play out but clearly this is not the best way of doing things. I will see what I can do to improve that.

When you hover over a Rune Stone that can cause an effect, a description of what the effect does is shown. You can also see this if you hover over the question mark of an affected monster and then hover over the icon of the effect. Stun for example means that the monster cannot move but it can attack back if you attack it but with reduced damage. It is difficult to display all of this information to new players without bombarding them but it is all there.

Arrow keys to move the map sounds sensible, I will implement that.

Like I say it’s frustrating reading something like this because we have put so much into this game but at the same time it makes me want to work harder to improve these issues you’re seeing. After all, if nobody talks about this sort of thing then we don’t know what we need to focus on so thanks again for posting your thoughts.

Thanks for these Zigniber. I will have another look at the Rune Vault timer. I assume you were looking at it close to the refresh point.

For friends, there is a whole section dedicated to them. Click the little blue person icon at the bottom from the menus and you will be shown your pending friend requests.

Really really sorry about this, there was an issue with the new skirmish mode that seems to have caused this. We have uploaded a fix but XP is still messed up. We are seeing what we can do to get it back and I will let you know when I have more info.

If you’re dead then you’ve already lost… so it counts as a loss anyway. The only reason it shows that is because if you are in a team game then you can technically still win if your team wins for you. So it’s up to you if you want to stay in the game and see if your team wins or just quit and accept the loss.

Lol cool ideas peeps. Some good ideas there. Mystery attack sounds fun :) I like the idea of it being completely random.

I have been thinking about some defensive weapons. Raising the terrain might be pretty fun. Not promising anything at this stage but who knows, when things calm down a bit and I have the time I’ll look into some of these.

I’ve replied in the thread on badeggsonline.com but I’ll post it again here in case any Kong users have had this issue:

Apologies for any problems. I don’t know if this was a Kongregate issue or a Bad Eggs issue but I tested it just now and my balance was updated instantly so at least it appears to be back on track. Hopefully this was just a temporary glitch but let me know if you ever have a problem like this again and I will be happy to look into it for you.

From looking at the accounts of people that have encountered this issue it appears that this sorted itself out after a small delay but if you are still experiencing problems please let me know and I will look into it
