Yea, seriously, if it’s broken because you’ve been pounding on it trying to get star-power then it’s your own fault. After about a year and a half mine broke from over-use but I live with it, it’s not that bad and you can hold it between your fingers while strumming…

Although if your OCD about having a nice unbroken guitar I suggest you check out some Youtube solutions

Or you can totally fix it yourself, I have for a few friends it’s not hard at all you’ve just got to glue/put back the piece that broke

Topic: General Gaming / Resident Evil 5 demo

To me, it was horrible. I hear everyone talking about how the Resident Evil series is so amazing and scary, it’s not.

First off the controls are crappy… There is no manual reload button so if you want to reload, you’ve got to use the rest of your clip. The knife sucks and has no actual purpose other than to look cool. If you’ve ever tried using it you’ll notice how your melee range horribly close and the enemy seems to be able to hit you from a distance that you can’t hit him. The inventory thing is just bad. What if your partner requests an item or some ammo in the middle of a fight, can you really afford to spend a few seconds to try to get that to them without dying? The aiming in the game is also pretty bad, I get what they’re trying to do with the third person stuff, but no ones hand moves that slow, and if you need to do a quick 180 while scoping… The fact that you CAN’T shoot from the hip really ticks me off, what if I don’t want to scope in on something?

I also found the “trowing items” things useless, I never found something that I could throw at someone and when enemies die/drop their weapons you can’t pick them up and use them…Lame.

As for the “scary” that this game is supposed to bring to the table, it lacks, horribly… I don’t think that in the demo I got scared once from the game, I was however, afraid that my xbox would explode from the atrocity of a game it was playing. If you want a scary third person shooter, try Dead Space.

I totally think that murder would be fine if it’s for a justified reason.

Say that knowing what you knew today about Hitler and you had the chance to go back in time and stop him, would you? Wouldn’t killing one person whom you know is going to be a horrid monster be better than letting millions of innocents die?

I don’t think that the first version will get any badges since it’s missing a lot of features…I think it may end up having the same fate that Super Energy Apocalypse had : Wait until the sequel.

But in my eyes it’s a good game and I do hope the developer finds some way to include all of the things he wanted into the game, as well as get some better artists since the one’s he has now make and 80 year old man with a heart attack look like a healthy 20 year old…

The Last Remnant is a 2 disc RPG, after you beat the first disc and all of it’s missions/quests or whatnot, it’ll prompt you to put in the second disc to be able to continue on with your game with new quests.

If I were you, I’d give it some thought.

The BIG corporations like FreeWorldGroup already have tons of people giving them tips, endorsements and ad revenue, whilst smaller game developers have only ad revenue that they get from Kong.

I’d spend your Kreds wisely but both giving to the big companies so that they continuously come out with big, fun and all around awesome games and the smaller, indie developers which in some cases have amazing games that you can’t seem to stop playing.

I haven’t played Resident Evil ever, but I hear it’s one of those “fanboy” games that only has a fan base because of the first one.

Anyways, I’ve played the demo for L4D it’s amazing, the graphics aren’t all that but you can have hundreds of zombies on the screen at one time, blasting them and seeing body parts fly is always cause for celebration in my book.

It’s not Kong’s choice as to what ads are displayed. They use google ads and they can’t block out specific ads, they can only filter out general groups.

So if that ads bothers you that much, use Ad-block or just refresh the page.

Topic: Kongregate / Question about revenue payment.

I hardly doubt you ad revenue can go down, unless you’ve been doing something illegal or not abiding by Kong’s rules…

As for the verification period, I think that’s just to make sure your the original creator and once you prove that your the creator I think Kong will just mail you your money. Not sure though, don’t quote me on this.

Move it, Draw Play 2 took me several hours of frustration and made me want to smash my keyboard. For badge hunters and casual gamers alike, it’d be a great decision.

And the party position is something like “lie on your stomach with your hands behind your back and feet folded”
