This means he can rank to 60 (which is way easier than ranking from 62 to 63) and then use the +3 tokens to get himself to rank 63.

I’d consider anything under rank 25 a low rank.

And to confirm, anyone who is rank 50+ has actually cheated to get there. It is impossible to have reached that rank at this time by simply racing/simming.

Inappropriate content is not allowed on PR2, and is removed as soon as it is seen by a Moderator.

The reason why it can be classified as a Kids’ Game is because it is moderated.

I actually agree with you there.

I do quite like the level, and I like the challenge it presents, but unlike all the other campaign levels that have ever hosted a hat, it is much too difficult to complete.

I think it’s all fine, considering that the campaigns rotate once a day. So each server will host every campaign. :D

Ohbtw, you can get Jump Start hat during a Happy Hour. It appears as the prize randomly (although rarely!).

Although Arceptor did retire and is no longer a moderator, Bisser777 is still a mod but on a different name/account. He is now known as Tri Oxide.

Though I perfectly agree with you, this thread does need to be updated.

If you’re trying to play on a proxy, I suggest either using your normal IP to play, or atleast using a different proxy.

If that isn’t the case, and you still have the same problem, please PM me and I’ll see if I can sort this out for you.

I doubt it’s mean at all. Those rooms are for the staff to be able to discuss things like issues, improving the game, or discussing things (or for when we feel a little silly and decide to steal each others cookies).

Recording hackers and PMing PR2 mods the link to the video is a great way to report hackers and help the PR2 community get rid of them.

Though only video evidence is accepted, print-screens are not considered valid proof since they can be very easily edited.

The mod room on PR2 is a limited access room which can only be accessed by staff members such as temporary moderators, moderators and administrators can enter.

There’s also the admin room which only administrators can access.

There are many other places to play PR2.

I think the most popular place to play would be pr2hub.com. Considering that unlike on Kong, you don’t have to wait for an ad to finish before loading the game. While Kong may be one of the places most people go to play PR2, I doubt that all who play here have an account or are interested in chatting. Also, most people on PR2 are under the age of 13 and can’t get a Kong account.

!Pro Racer! was banned at the time when another account on the same IP started flooding the chat. That’s why it was banned for b/e flooding. (By the way, b/e means ban evading.)
