Nope and I don’t count on upgrading one anytime soon, need to finish the event map then try to farm some more old mythics nodes and only once I done with that (couple of months I hope) will I consider starting on the new mythic/ upgraded heroes.

I’m F2P started back in September and only recently started to be able to make progress towards the old mythics ( Atlas beaten, Solaron at 6*, Vulc at 3*). I have no problem farming for 6-12 months the emberstone nodes between event nodes and hero nodes and whatever comes next. It’s a mythic and I don’t expect to spend money buying embers, It SHOULD take me forever to get the damn mythic.
Hell before I even start farming ember I want to finish the old mythics while the frog event is still on.

You can quad legendaries as F2P!?!?!
Joke aside, as said above adding new leg or even epic will make it way harder to quad anything if drops rates stay the same, I’ve been playing actively since last September and at the moment I still don’t have a quad leg, closest I have are 3x Firehorn, 3x Blazekin Dragon and 3 Rhythm of the Wild.
What we f2p could use is an all-around big buff to all standard epics and legs to bring them a bit closer to the current power-creeping cards.

Store the poliworg in the hope that my prayers will work and it will be buffed sometimes this decade.
Store to use during Frog BGE.
Use a couple of regulars in the deck and store any excess.

It’s all a matter of RNG, I’m shardbotter (no paid cards besides ones from events) and I got enough powder for 24 rare runes and not a single runeshell drop in quite a while. In the other thread some f2p players had a bunch of runes and no powder. Unless you’re suggesting a way to trade runes for powder and vice-versa, it’s not like they fix the drop rates for/against f2p/p2p.

Is there any hint of increase of runeshell drops though? Even if they did decrease powder drop, since my last comment a week ago I got 15 powder (which seems to be in line with the drop rate being discussed) and still no runeshell. So here I am with enough mats for almost 24 rare or 6 epic runes and no runeshell, arcane fragments and blue fire souls also not being a problem. That’s why I find it strange when I hear ppl actually have runeshells stored and not enough mats for them.
BTW I never bought a runecraft chest or pouch so it might be that.

we need a trading house… got 106 powder, 252 arcane fragments and 1032 blue fire souls, since the introduction of rune quests I got 8 rare and 2 epic runeshells. And most of them gave me hex/weakens runes q.q

Some solids steps in the right direction and a guide to what we want Brawls to be about. The suggestion posted here about only allowing a single rank drop would also be nice.

I’m a shardbotter, never used the shards to buy box/chance pack cards and honestly I can accept that I will never be able to place in the top 10-100 in events. If I’m facing a deck with mythic and full quad leg I SHOULD lose. While fighting at my rank what I want is to feel that I have at least a chance to fight my opponent. I don’t want to fight ppl that should be higher on BR but decided to drop ranks to fight for the top prize.
That’s why I like Clashes over Brawls, I feel that near the end of the event I’m where I’m supposed to be at, fighting ppl slightly above my strength, when in the middle of a Brawl I might get a losing streak against way stronger decks that shouldn’t be in BR 15.

Got an epic rune 1 day after they were introduced and since then it’s been dry, not a single rare or epic runeshell drop, got enough mats for 17 rare runes or 4 epic ones.

Honestly every BGE has been interesting with my favorites being Angels and Undead. While I said interesting, and that is true, I hated the dragon BGE simply due to being a shardbotter (I use my shard on epic packs on sales) as every F2P players were severely disadvantaged during that BGE due to the lack of F2P Dragons compared to other Tribes.

As long as there are enough cards available for F2P players that apply for the BGE it does make deck building more interesting.

-We most definitely do NOT want a F2P expansion unless it comes with a way to restrict the epic we can get by faction, because dilluting the f2p card pool will only make it harder to quad the cards.
-They won’t boost the shardbot payout because the point of the shardbot is not to buyout a box unless you save for a whole year. Hence why it’s so good value.
-They won’t lower the overall prices because it’s Synapticon.

In the same vein that Dragon Master isn’t a dragon, the Elementalist is someone who controls/works with elements, doesn’t require it to be an element and is there to be a support to elemental decks. And because the devs said so.

Topic: Spellstone: General / I'm either near or past a 500 bounty count without a runeshell, meanwhile I have 70 powder and 3 runes I can't use.

Can’t complain too much about runeshell drops, got around 9-10 already although I have enough mats for 5 more, but I got 2 hex and 3 weakening which are useless as hell to me, waiting on epic cards to vaporize the runes.
As always with other stuff, the RNG in this game seems to strong, the introduction of a pity meter or something alike would be appreciated

BR15, 3 dropped runeshells +1 from the quest currently winning around 80% of my bounties.
Considering I currently have enough mats for 3 runes, I would like a slight increase in drop rate, maybe 1 runeshell drop for 2 runes worth of other mats.

+1, Clash mm is fairer than Brawl’s, since in clash you get stuck only once you reach the limit of your card playing skills and deck’s strength. As a shardbotter on BR 14 soon going for BR15 I can get massively shafted in Brawl If I fight a lot of player that dropped their BR on purpose to fight against easier decks during brawls.

I am not affected by refills since my deck is nowhere near strong enough to compete for the top prizes, but it is a fact that if the point of Clash/Brawl is to show who has the strongest deck/skills, refills completely break the competition.
It’s like giving someone 1 arrow and another 100 in an archery competition and only the best score matter. The guy with one arrow might be the world’s champion but you can bet that the second guy will have more chances to score better.

Don’t you at the minimum have to have the blue fire heart to even access these?

Otherwise I agree this will help mid level players but honestly why not give out a epic instead? Or a legendary?

And yes I no we will get a card for completing star *4 and maybe star *7 but if it’s like the other ones, tadpole eggs, dragon eggs, it might be debatable at what level you can be to get the rewards. Iirc it was kind of hard in the past.

Anyways I agree it at least shows they are listening and responding.

I remember starting SS when the Elemental event was going and I could do the vault nodes, so I believe you don’t need the heart. I agree, players that might benefits from this card (as in semi/full rare decks) will most likely be unable to go beyond 4* if even that much. I think they can finish 3* however, giving them a dual benefitting from the BGE.
I doubt they will ever give epic/leg as regular rewards for mastery nodes but I think a nice possible step would be to give epic packs instead of specific cards (paying players don’t need them, free players have no use for a dual they’ll probably never quad. Additionally 1 or 2 epic packs for all nodes at 4* and a legendary pack for all nodes at 7* would, in my opinion, be a nice reward for the effort spent in an event that after all lasts over a month.

Didn’t find it as strange, it’s an undead rare that benefits from the BGE, available at low mastery levels for f2p players with semi/full rare decks that might benefit from an undead rare they don’t have yet/is better than what they currently have. It actually makes a lot of sense in my head, I actually expect to see molten skele and wraith in the next nodes >.>
