BR15, 3 dropped runeshells +1 from the quest currently winning around 80% of my bounties.
Considering I currently have enough mats for 3 runes, I would like a slight increase in drop rate, maybe 1 runeshell drop for 2 runes worth of other mats.

+1, Clash mm is fairer than Brawl’s, since in clash you get stuck only once you reach the limit of your card playing skills and deck’s strength. As a shardbotter on BR 14 soon going for BR15 I can get massively shafted in Brawl If I fight a lot of player that dropped their BR on purpose to fight against easier decks during brawls.

I am not affected by refills since my deck is nowhere near strong enough to compete for the top prizes, but it is a fact that if the point of Clash/Brawl is to show who has the strongest deck/skills, refills completely break the competition.
It’s like giving someone 1 arrow and another 100 in an archery competition and only the best score matter. The guy with one arrow might be the world’s champion but you can bet that the second guy will have more chances to score better.

I agree with many of the grievances the (vocal) community has about drop rates, events and p2w cards. I also realize they will NEVER give better mastery rewards like epic or even legendary cards for event nodes. So changing arcane cards for rares that might be used by someone? Doesn’t bother me.

Will a new or low level player be able to complete this quests?

Don’t you at the minimum have to have the blue fire heart to even access these?

Otherwise I agree this will help mid level players but honestly why not give out a epic instead? Or a legendary?

And yes I no we will get a card for completing star *4 and maybe star *7 but if it’s like the other ones, tadpole eggs, dragon eggs, it might be debatable at what level you can be to get the rewards. Iirc it was kind of hard in the past.

Anyways I agree it at least shows they are listening and responding.

I remember starting SS when the Elemental event was going and I could do the vault nodes, so I believe you don’t need the heart. I agree, players that might benefits from this card (as in semi/full rare decks) will most likely be unable to go beyond 4* if even that much. I think they can finish 3* however, giving them a dual benefitting from the BGE.
I doubt they will ever give epic/leg as regular rewards for mastery nodes but I think a nice possible step would be to give epic packs instead of specific cards (paying players don’t need them, free players have no use for a dual they’ll probably never quad. Additionally 1 or 2 epic packs for all nodes at 4* and a legendary pack for all nodes at 7* would, in my opinion, be a nice reward for the effort spent in an event that after all lasts over a month.

Didn’t find it as strange, it’s an undead rare that benefits from the BGE, available at low mastery levels for f2p players with semi/full rare decks that might benefit from an undead rare they don’t have yet/is better than what they currently have. It actually makes a lot of sense in my head, I actually expect to see molten skele and wraith in the next nodes >.>

To get a mythic card you need 9 titan cores and the other 2 mythic tokens. So to get the mythic of your choice you must finish all 3 mythic nodes to 7*.

ANOTHER UPDATE: I bought 2 packs 2 days before the refunds and they couldn’t refund since it wasn’t in their time period for possible refunds related to the sales so they’ll probably only refund if you bought the epic pack a day before the sales went live.

won’t win any of the rank 6 stages of “Playing with Vapor”, barely made it. I might be able to finish “Descent into Madness” currently blocked on the last stage. Devs will have to work hard to find a worse BGE combination than Age of Dragons and Iceshatter Barrier… Please don’t take this as a challenge and actually make it worse…

It might help but then again the main issue is: f2p players cannot build a deck as they wish. They cannot prepare a direction for their decks to go, what cards to aim for. I might get 10 epics in the next 2 months, but if they’re 10 different epics of cards I don’t even use in my deck I’ll be in exactly the same spot as if I didn’t get those epics.
Hopefully they won’t inject new epic/legendary cards in the standard set or it’ll get worse everytime unless there’s a counterweight.
Epic packs of a faction/race would help. A fusion-like system where you could trade a number epics for another random standard epic might help. Hell this is a CCG and not a TCG but some sort of trading would help. And this is all about aiming for a full quad epic f2p deck, I’ve completely crossed ever getting any legendary to quad, even getting a dual requires luck.

Depends on the epic pack per event. On my first Brawl, around BR 2-3, I was top 1000. Around BR 10, I was top 3000. This last one, I’m at BR 14 and barely made it in top 5000 (ranked 4742 after spending a lot of time in the 5-6k range. At my current rank and upwards is when a F2P is desperate for epics (not even gonna mention legendaries) but it’s also when you have more chance of missing out on the epic pack if your deck isn’t already strong enough (kind of a vicious cycle, need the epic to make a strong deck to get the epic ).

I can’t say I haven’t got an epic for a long time since I got a griffin 2 days ago… just after I quaded my other griffins. But going 1-2 weeks without seeing an epic is pretty much the norm, 3 weeks isn’t that unusual unfortunately. Seriously, just offer a pack with a single epic for 5-10k gold and I’d still buy them.

So I’m currently BR 12, F2P player with shardbot and started about 1month and 1 week ago. Was using the fairly standard Ursurio rush deck but with the last update that went down the drain. One major concern that I’ve seen voiced is that the higher br you get, the more P2P decks rule the Bounties, reaching a point where a F2P player can barely win any bounty compared to other paying decks. Even where I am, If I see a deck with dual legendaries/quad epics, I pretty much auto/skip the fight.

So I suggest introducing a secondary matchmaking filter in addition to the Bounty Rank: The Deck Rating.
Each card/rarity/fusion level would have a determined value/rating. Players would first be matched with opponents at their bounty level and then according to their bounty rating. This would allow for a healthier end game bounty for f2p player mainly but would avoid having ppl quitting in droves when an update ruins their favorite deck and they have to rebuild their decks.

What do you ppl think about this?

As a relatively f2p player (only shardbots) and not that old (1-2 months) I’ve been running the run of the mill Ursurio rush. Now that the scout/ranger/skeleton and Ursurio are getting a bit nerfed I’m looking for advice on a deck a F2P player might aim for in the long run to be as competitive as possible as well as more immediate advice on what I can change in my deck right now with the epics and legendary I have in my inventory.

Small thread to compare trinket drop rates see if it’s similar for most of us.

Currently with 531 silver and 35 jeweled openened I have:
-61% dps with 4 rare rings;
-62% click damage with 2 rares and 1 epic(saddest epic ever);
-31% cd reduction with 2 rares;
-41% gold with no rares or epics.

What about you?
