Well recently I had a horrible case of sleep paralysis, I was kept being pulled from reality back to my dream I was having previously, to a point where I realized I was dreaming in my dream, but I couldn’t wake up, when I woke up, my heart was pounding, and I realized I had almost smothered myself to death with my blanket, although it doesn’t sound bad, I was in pretty horrible pain until I was able to fully wake up.
