Here’s the solution. Go to an online calorie maintenance calculator. Find your daily maintenance calories, and eat 1000 calories less than your maintenance each day. Run a little or cycle everyday. You will loose at least 2 lbs of fat per week.

No but if you really like her and would like to try going out with her then you should cut ties with her and ignore her. If you do this for a couple weeks and she does happen to like you, your absence will make her miss you and she’ll start trying to get back into contact with you. When this happens you can lay down the law and let her know that you don’t want to be friends you want to be together forever. If she doesn’t come around over those couple weeks or she says ‘no’ when you try to lay down the law, then either drop her for good or just settle with having a fran.

Bad thing is, i have like a week and a half of school left, then i graduate. Time is not on my side here.

Last week, i asked a friend of mine if she would sit with me during the school play. She said yes, and we sat together. We talked quite a bit the rest of the day. A lot of people either thought we were dating or said that we should date. Later on that day, she said " it is weird how people are saying we should date". And i was like, “Do you want to?” And she said that we know each other too well and that it would be awkward if we did. She then said that if i would have asked her shortly after we had met, she would have said yes. I have only known her a little over a month. Should i ask her again Monday, or just accept the fact that i am currently in the friend zone?

I slept in history of rock n roll one time. It is in the band room, and we were watching a film, i asked the teacher, and he said i could lie down on the floor and sleep.
