dont stay up sooo late like previous post suggested, because thats not healthy.
i dont know how old you are but, if u start sleeping at iregular patterns it will disturb with physical body growth.
Me for example my sleep is a dead set pattern, iunno why but i can NEVER sleep in …. i go to bed at like 4 am in the morning and still wake up at like 8am the same day.
