Edgebee gets money from people buying tokens, so if you buy it with tokens it is automatically added to your shop and a carpenter will come the next day. If you buy it with gold, you will need to join a guild which costs 25-200 gold per day.

P.S. You should have saved the 25k: soon you will be asked to pay 1k, 2k, and 5k with great benefits if you do.
