my most used one is 99 speed, 32 acceleration and 46 jump

and the one i use for glitches is

100 speed, 36 acceleration and 36 jump

its just a random drop that you get, on any race go against 1-2 people, you cant find it on your own

or find it with 4 players, this applies to the santa hat also

you can find the hat in any race against either 1 or 2 people

you cant find it on your own and you cant find it with 3 people racing you
