the only idea i can give to solve that problem is that the invite will be sent to them once everytime they refresh or log in to a game. that way it won’t be spammy, and when they did change game before entering the privat chat room, they will get another invite. i’ve already send a request before to kongregate about that idea, hopefully they think of it as a good feature to be implemented.

hmmm this is a really helpful script indeed. does this works on Opera??

Anyway, i think it will be even greater if we can just tag our people out so that whenever they log in, they automatically goes in our private room wether we’re there or not. Or, it can also be made that invites being automatically sent to those we tag. That way the risk with the private chat password being given to the wrong person is zero, since there’ll be no need for password at all.

That’s just my idea though, but since i’m not a programmer, i can’t create it myself :P

well, wether you want to call it warrior, fighter, or even killer, it doesn’t really matter i think. if it’s matter, a warrior isn’t always fighting on the open, there’re times when warriors, even knights, do their job from the shadow. warrior being only fight in the open is a game and visual novels logic, not reality.

as for skills, if you refer to the job, an assassin and a ninja have different skills. a ninja is called a ninja because of what the skills that’s unique to them, a ninjutsu. beside, if you want to be more detail on skills, even ninjas uses poisons to kill, and yet it’s an only rogue skill in this game. ninja also do backstabbing in reality, since they do their killing mostly on the shadow, and yet once again it’s a skill for rogue. throat slice, you think that skill not used by ninjas in reality??

so, since its a game, skills can be set as how the devs like it, and no need to follow what other games logic used to. and like i said above, i made my suggestion base on what we can already see within the game, Assassin Gauntlet being an Ultra Rare for Rogue class.

Ninja is not always an assassin, ninja are basically a warrior that work from the shadow. The job of ninja is not just assassination, but also protection, stealing items and informations, kidnapping, etc. And also, the word assassin is not a priviledge to ninja. Do you think mid-east and western Assassins are called ninja too?

Anyway, i suggest Assassin for Rogue next class is because Ultra Rare weapon of Rogue class is named Assassin Gauntlet.

thanks for the links, by the look of it, it could be my router…since i use Linksys on my home (i was playing on my room at my company camp site before), and its said on one of those link that Linksys not support port80.

anyway, since i’m rather a noob on computer languages, all on those links didn’t help me much, as they don’t give step by step for noob detail…i’ll just try to use a mobile modem, hopefully it fixed it :|

Topic: Cloudstone / Titles and Achievements (Suggestion)

Just like the subject says, i think Cloudstone will be good to have Title and Achievements System. Title and Achievement system had been used on many games, and it did makes people much less likely to be bored with the game, as it gives purpose beyond questing and PVP.

What i have in mind is that the titles and achievements should be something that’s every people can get with certain required actions. And the title we get after completing an achievement should came as a worthy prize, as it gives some benefits from using the title (yes, the title can be equipped and requipped). For example, when a player kill a certain monster, let say it’s fat bat, for a specific required quantity, he/she could get title of Fat Bat Slayer or something, and he/she could get a boost of some stat when he/she use that title, or the benefit could also that he/she can deal more damage to Fat Bat whe using the title (this one should only be the benefit when the enemy is a tank that can’t be killed with one or two hits).

To make getting the titles harder, you could set that each titles achieved only after a specific amount of achievements lvl on the said requirements. Make the Achievement system like a ladder, with titles as its prized upon reaching certain ladder.

Topic: Cloudstone / An idea of food price market

i’ve noticed that it will be hard for something that’s not have both supply and demand cycle to have price fluctuation. Price of products is in independent market is really dependance on the number of supplies and demands on the product.

That being said, just like you said, the simplest way for the crops we grow to have real selling price fluctuation is if the devs made the demand part for every items as static, wether it’s on the same range or not on all type of crops. After that, it’s all up to the supplies produced by players. The way to determined the number of supplies is by counting the number of the crops being sold for some range of times.

But, i still see one problem to that simplest way, though its highly unlikely to happen…if all players somehow not selling due to them expecting a raise on price, with the static demand system, the price won’t fluctuate at all. But as i said, its highly unlikely, we can call it 1mm away from being impossible. So, it’s still a fine idea.

There’s a better idea though, but its not as simple as above. So the better idea is to make the demand not static. We should remember that demand cames from what buyers wants. So, i think the devs should act as the buyer, as in the one determining the number of demands on each crops for some range of times that only known to the devs themself (maybe 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, a week, or 2 week, what’s important is to make it fluctuate as often as possible). That way, the price will always fluctuate, no matter what, and there’ll be reason to hold or sell.

stock market meaning that the more the items on hand, the higher its price, while the more items on the market the lower its price. got to make a good market analysis here, though if i share the analysis result, the trend will go toward certain items mentioned as highly probable to be at the lowest amount of production.

yep, he gives around 35 on me too, though it’s actually 0 on the first one since i can’t beat his AI using monk gear char. i beat him the second time i met his “3 of a kind” using warmage, with some different equipments, i choose to respec to save myself from having another wasted vigor.

this needs fixing, i don’t want to meet 3 of kind of Patto and Silske alike, giving me no choice but to respec and used up pots where i shouldn’t have to if it’s avoidable. slot machine is a bad PVP system.

For the development team, i think you got to fix a problem with PVP foe system. It seems right now it’s simply following slot machine system, where we can find 1 char on 3 slots, giving the player basically have no arena foe option to choose.

I for one think that PVP shouldn’t run like a slot machine. For example, today i got 3 Pattorikku to choose at the same time, thats not a choice at all. On other occasions, i got only 2 choice, because two of the three slots actually filled by the same char.

PVP foe slots should be made always shows different char to fight. Sometimes, there’re char that we can’t just surpassed using our current setting, even using pots. Like when i met 3 Patto, i lost because i use monk gears, not enough time to use pots before he kill me using triple stun combo + flame tongue. I can beat him only if i respec, but thats a pain to have to respec just to fight one unavoidable fight.

So, thats why i really suggest that the PVP foe system don’t use slot machine system. Make each slot always follow the rule of proposing different char, so at least we players will always have the choice to make.

100 button would be good so that when we have a massive stamina, we don’t have to hurt our finger to click fast. It will also Saved much real life times, since not all people are no life who got much time to click everyday. Without any button better than 20, i’m certain that i will abandon this game and stop buying planet coins when i’ve reach 3K stamina.

well, if you’re one with at least 2 AoE, that’s already good. for people like me who only have one killer AoE, namely healbomb, any open way to fast spawning and moving bloops are a literal nightmare.

For those low on killer AoE skills, go to the other side of the rock and keep pushing until the candy trapped near the cliff. Now only one way to reach the candy, from in front of you (well, sometimes one monster spawn just on the tree, but usually only one). Now just call out a friend who got kalaboo cow (if you don’t have it yourself) to block the path, voila just keep killing near the candy, don’t go too far away of the kalaboo cow might just follow your friend who follow you.

ummm there’s no one who can’t getting close to an AI, even wizards AI…AI stopped for at least 2 hits at a time, and even that much movment is rare. plus, AI run in a random pattern, not using a strategical running pattern. so, no matter how fast an AI is, they will always catchable.

and mind you, full wizards don’t heal and don’t usually use pots that much, not to mention their low armor, so with the hardest full mage AI we can easily use hit and run anyway. what’s the need of charge when you can do well without it? better put the points on other more useful active or even supports skills :P

unless you’re going PVE, don’t put charge, even adding health is better on PVP than charge.

Well, there’re many good combinations, it depends on how comfortable you’re with using the skills. For example, i’ve tried using Silske setting, i lose on PVP against a monk that i usually beat easily, since i’m used to having healbomb. So, just do your own formula, and find what you think suit you the most, its only took 2 Rubies to reset anyway.

My suggestion above based on what i think is good if i want to go warrior/monk. Each skills i suggest have a reason to be picked, but thats me, others might think differently.

You’re talking all about Full Wizards on PVE there. It’s a fact that i beat Ruby user full wizards when i’m lvl 25 and still use Glaciella gears. Their attacks are strong, and could kill me in 4 hits, if only they can hit me that much in a row. I beat all level 40+ wizards i found up till now, their attack are strong, if only they can hit me before i heal.

The point there is, there’s a big flaw for Full Wizards on PVP, AI never excel at using them. We all know up till now PVP is not really PVP, but rather players versus AI who uses other players characters. If its the owner of the full wizards who control their char, it’s a different story, but as long as it’s AI we fought, their attacks and skills are easily dodged. If a Full Wizard AI can beat you in a fight, then you just not skillful enough at playing your own char.

Anyway, you should make yourself clear, wether you’re talking about Wizards on PVP or PVE, cause charge used by AI won’t be effective with other than Full Wizards on PVP, not even to monk gear user. So, back to my original statement, Full Wizard isn’t really a good for PVP in the first place, no offense. And therefore, charge is useless in PVP, and can’t be a killer move, i’ve been a warrior, first hand experience using charge on PVP here.

Well, full wizard isn’t really a good choice for PVP in the first place. I for one won’t say something that only a threat to one specific class as powerful on PVP. Beside, it is quite rare to met a full wizard in PVP, and we can beat a full wizard AI in PVP the easiest anyway…i can kill the strongest of them only using one handed sword, earthwave, and healbomb, with lvl 30 gold gears.
