That’s it, I’ve got all cards, max level. After a couple more tries on the 250-wave levels and completion of some heroic achievements, there’s just nothing else to do. I liked the game, but once you’re there, interest drops drastically, and I’m about to quit.

NivalPublishing, a content update would be great: new levels, enemies, towers, etc., maybe?

If by survival you mean the 250-wave levels, then reaching around wave 220-235 on each is feasible. I don’t think these levels are currently beatable.

Believe what you will regarding chests. You’ll never get enough data: too many factors.

Of course, I don’t need any of those, so it’s as worthless as silver for me, and I should suppose this is one of the reasons why it can happen.

Default game language isn’t English. It seems to depend on your geographical location. Game devs did a good job having the game translated (at least in English, German, French, afaik), but it seems they didn’t consider players wanting to have the game in a different language than the one of the country where they dwell.

I never said I went for 4-card evolution nor that I didn’t use mirrors. I have one last Grand Mirror ready for when I get that last Lightning Tower. Mirrors should be used for T1 to T2 evolution only.

PS: drt_t1gg3r, there is no such thing as ‘P2’: all T1s (T stands for Tower or Tier) evolve into T2s with the same damage increase. But two upgraded T2s (whatever the upgrade level) evolve into one P3 (P stands for Perfect, 45% damage increase instead of 40% for a T3 obtained from the evolution of at least one unupgraded T2). Evolution of one T2 (upgraded or not) + one Mirror will result in a T3.

I’m level 68, 150k+ of useless silver, still waiting for my last Lightning Tower. Got my last Sun Tower in the daily draw yesterday.

Chests: most of players seem to operate under a delusion: that there are in fact chests and cards in front of them, whereas there is only code and math and a (misleading) graphical representation. All chest rewards don’t have the same probability to be part of the 5 visible cards and they certainly don’t have the same probability to be obtained (those 3 you can get). We would need the data of all players to figure out what these probabilities are. Whether or not spent Kreds come into the equation would be even more difficult to ascertain.

Btw, once you get Dragon, Mortar and Air Guard to P3, just move on. You get a lot of rewards on heroic mode, including random uniques and lots of Stars (to be spent on those 15-star events, not on shop unique 20-star chests).

Eh eh, top 80 may not be a starting city, but it is a village if you take into account the huge gap there is between a top 10 and a top 80. Besides, if average fame is the criteria, that would mean that top 10 city has an average fame of about 75? Somehow, I doubt that ; )

All you need to beat any level is T3 Dragon and Mortar. Both you get quite early (lvl 35-40ish?). Then you may, if you wish, breeze through the game. Over.

So please stop the crying. This is not a pay-to-win: this is a grind-to-get-all-superfluous-supertowers, namely Sun and Lightning (or pay if you can’t wait).

And Dasquian, all you show by mocking paying players (‘whatever people call people like you these days’ WTF), is your envy.

But yes, the game lacks a balanced difficulty curve, or more content?

For PvP to be ‘fair’, a number of factors would need to be taken into account: city pop, number of townsmembers and at least the average level, the average wealth, the average shop module number, the average value of the items in stock and the activity of the townsmembers…

Because, well, a 400k pop city may be the home of only 3 inactive fame-60 players, or a 100k city may be overcrowded with junky-class fame-100+ players, or who’s telling me that that lame-looking fame-60 player isn’t in fact a super city-hopper trader (untraceable unless with shop modules, since world/city trade is unaccounted for in terms of lifetime sales and contribution rate, and you don’t gain XP) with more wealth and items than I can dream of? etc.

There is also a urgent need (if we have ‘fairness’ in mind) a way to restrict city-hopping, because, well, you can call all your best pals for the time of a tight war, you can also buy mercenaries (via the trading system for instance) to help you..

Regarding the availability of your ‘best match’ (if there is such a thing), there is no need to make all wars start at the same time. Anyone who has played a MMO with team/faction/guild PvPs (Tyrant, DotD, etc.) knows how this work: wars are tactical (you attack the opponent faction against which you have the best chances to win with the best reward possible), and rewards for a win depend on opponent ranking in PvP war.

For this, detailed rankings are necessary (and not the top ten only, I’ve wanted full ranking for a long time, for players and cities).
