well considering youre a robot in like the year 3000 (or wearing a superhuman suit, idk) auto aim seems sensible. thats from a logic standpoint. From a gameplay standpoint its what Vrihet said. 1 Auto-Aim is optional
2 Theres an obvious benefit to manual aim(much higher DPS)
and if they removed auto aim scouts would always win a scout just switches turbo on and is automatically impossible to kill. melee weps. would also be rendered useless…. the only thing keeping melee weps. in use is the ability to lock-on. and jetpacks would be FAR to overpowered as it would be nigh impossible to hit someone whos flying

Say as a scout, I am running inside the tunnels, and see a group of gunners ahead of me, sniping. If I attack one of them with the dope sword, the other one will notice me and kill me. Please leave input or suggestions.

the meleE attacks have an INVALUABLE use in aerial combat; if your enemy is flying and has no shields a meleE attack will make them fall out of the sky easier with tank and scout because thier meleE attack is a charge. They CAN NOT recover from this fall until they hit the ground, making them easy prey for a gun. I’ve gotten many kills this way,and they can also be used to finish off low health enemies quickly , your argument is invalid jk flo is good idea though

Topic: Freefall Tournament / Gunner is overpowered, more specifically, sniping

but snipers weakness is a scout especially with the new R move. It instantly takes away the gunners shields and leaves them wide open for a melee kick to stun them then a few hits with the saber or a burst with the smg for the kill :) works everytime (but now that gunners know this theyll probably think of ways to counter it sadface)

Well adding an entire new game mode would take a bit more than 3 days, and would probably have an update all on its own, but considering how much freerange responds to our suggestions im sure that will be added soon :)

tech>scout even without suppressors if they try to come in and melee. and it MIGHT be a challenge if they dont.

Actually I find that if a tech and a scout are fighting and the tech does not have a supressor i can come in close to the tech, Fbomb and hit him twice with the saber and he dies while I come out unscathed :)

Why is gunner>scout? scouts are basically sniper killers
