An easy way to fix this is for you not to be able to tip yourself… though it certainly won’t fix everything…(Alt accounts) |

Topic: Kongregate / What should purchased cards look like? (Jim Greer Emailed Me!) …I don’t think anything should change. These would essentially be “Special Edition” Cards, only available to those who want to spend money on them. They should be able to buy the latest edition of the card, (Some R1, some R2) not an alternate form of it. |

Topic: Kongregate / Kreds Discussion ..okay… back on topic. I just found out about kreds, and immediately sought to learn what i could. What sort of thing would Kong put up to damage the aesthetics of the comment-area? Once i found out exactly what they were, i sought for opinions, to see what others thought of them. The answer i got was “awful waste of money.” After a few rounds, the general consensus was “im not going to buy them.” Looking at previous posts, a lot seem to dislike the idea. Me- I like it. Its a way for Kong to make some money and live a little longer on the online-world, and also a chance for us to support our favorite devs who make the games that let us pass the time. I frankly dont plan on purchasing any currently, but eventually i think i’ll get around to getting some and donating to the devs i feel deserve a little extra for their efforts. Perhaps i’ll spend some on the virtual items on the Multiplayer games, or maybe i’ll hoard them for no other reason then i can. To those haters out there. This does not mean Kong is going to be a pay-to-access site. It will remain free as long as it can. 99% of the games are Free, with a few Demos that dont really count, and a few that require cash to unlock everything. These are up to the developer. Kreds will not impact you’re play at all, except that newer players can get every card, without having to spend an eternity waiting for cards, or playing Kongai. My advice – deal with it. Its a great feature that won’t impact you. Kreds will help Kong stay up longer, which means more games for you. Enjoy them. |

Topic: Kongregate / confuzzled admin Since greg apparently didn’t think the challenge last year was great, and directly from home…. “he thought it was fail” – Alison (Yes, an admin accually said the word “fail” they are human after all, (despite shaky evidence)) We need to show greg exactly what we thought about last years challenge, so he won’t be as dismissive! We need to tell greg how great last years challenge was, and how he can make up for it on thanksgiving! (by adding a special one that day!) Shout it out proudly. |
