Overbola: in the NoG forums, they said your answer would be: “raid any settlement 23 times”. Similarly, the contest winner is the one that performs the most elf raids (irregardless of what size of elves they are):

In the Overworld Events tab when you select a PvP raid, it would be exceptionally nice if it would display which room you were raiding in the summary (even if you had to repurpose the “Alliance” field, which in general isn’t that useful of information compared to the inability to tell which raids are targeting which rooms).

The quests to “Defeat Creature” should totally give credit when those PvP kills happen defending — I took out an army of a player today, but he took out 2 death knights, a vampire and a thief. I hear none of those count to the “Defeat Creatures” total. I think that’s unfair to him.

Also, it isn’t clearly stated in the app description that it does not currently work with Necropolis. This should be made clear. I had to download the free version to find out it didn’t work… Kind of frustrating.

To The Residents of Shale Steppe
It has been a pleasure watching the natives of Shale Steppe grow into their strapping 50s and 60s, and I’m exceptionally pleased how many actives we still have in the region. However, as each of you expand in size and the breadth of your inactive raiding, I’m finding more … variety in what my troops return with. It is unavoidable that this will produce more conflicts.
So I’m providing the region a one-week notice that I’m going to treat the mountains in the rectangle from 9,9 to 22,22 as farmable inactives … whether they are inactive or not. I’ll also be randomly and periodically reinforcing inactive in that region to make inactive farming for others a riskier affair.
I’m willing to consider a small number of limited exceptions: email Gnostic Foulbreath in-game if you’d like to plead your case, and we’ll see if we can come to some kind of accomodation.

We point out the link has no information about what you said it did. You answer “there are no specific details”.
Then why did you cite it as if it were something we should be aware of?
It’s pretty clear to those few of us who try to participate in the NoG boards that you guys don’t listen to Necro at all. Not one bit. But please, don’t purposefully give us a run-around on stuff you raise!!!!

I think that’s changed now, Numm — sounds like neither option 1 nor option 2 causes you to lose your starter. Instead, in the first option it can’t be conquered at all … and in the second, it can be conquered and the person ends up finding their starter is “empty”.

Given that transmute lets you turn 1 crystal or 1 prim water into 1 gold, but costs DM, I would think a non-DM-spending option would have to produce less than that (at least on basics and prims).

Sorry, that seems horrible and an easy to exploit system: just take stuff to empty regions with no active markets and sell it to Dungeonville for half their price (which is usually much more than the active marketplace settles prices at.)

If I take a new slot with my formerly gimped starter slot, I assume that all the other functions of it transfer to the next dungeon I take — like tile packs, or the ability to teleport it to slaughter newbies for 99DM?
Can you explain why you continue modify the game to encourage old players to slaughter newbies? It’s really going to make it tough on new players if it continues that way and you continue to optimize the game to make that tactic more, rather than less, attractive. Let’s call it “The Death Star(ter) Problem”. For example, your proposed changes make it even EASIER to teleport in and just start pillaging — before you had to set up a second dungeon and transfer the ogres from your Death Star(ter) to the second dungeon to start pillaging. Now, it sounds like I could be pillaging someone 15 minutes after I pay you to teleport the dungeon. Also, by extending teleporting to include friend slots in dungeons … and increasing the number of friend slots …. you’re making mountains with hearts even more difficult to defend against the Death Star(ter).
I keep resisting utilizing the tactic because I assumed it was an exploit you were going to fix, but clearly … you want me to hunt newbies, or at least players less than half my army strength (since defense can stack +100% that offense can’t).

How does Kongregate feel about that?
