1. Single Race/Faction (including commander, no action cards)
2. 10 cards

Bonuses (example only):
Xeno: Commander gets Mimic
Imperial: Commander gets Weaken 2 (on top of any other weaken affect)
Raider: Commander gets Rally 1 (on top of any other rally affect)
Righteous: Commander gets Emulate
Blood-thirsty: Commander gets Chaos
