50% chance to Stun Bloons. No effect on MOAB class bloons
4) Master of Thunder
15% Chance while hitting bloons to stun all bloons on the map.

attacks faster

20% chance to burn all MOAB class on the map.
4) Bloon Flaming
Ability: Its full of fire, any bloon that is MOAB class can walk past. Ceramic are instantly killed by this.

Description Who need glue now these days? Why not cobweb? This monkey is perfect for the job! He throws cobwebs randomly! but in a range. Bloons go slower, but the cobweb will be destroyed 1 hit by MOAB or higher. Other than that it has around 25 bloon touches before it runs out.
Also, his production of it is around a slow rate.

they have 10 spikes in them. 111 touches

Superior Rose-Thorned Cobweb

desc: the ultimate cob web that will slow the bloons to death! These can even slow MOABS and hgiher! Extremely powerful thorns break 2 layers of a bloon. But these thorns break in 15 touches……
