I did a spectral erebus. Killed it and it was still in active saying i did not participate. i refreshed game and its not in completed and my timer is at 12 hours. i believe the stam is gone but i did not check before after numbers so i can not say so with confidence.

runes dont stack, if you used more than one on each item then they would have overwitten the ones you used already

I understand the runes do not stack. They overwrote the vigiliz i had in most cases but in at least 3 cases they did not save. i used them on all my green armor and and then went to do some rings. in one case i rerolled in essence because it gave me pretty sad numbers so i am unsure if more did not work but my green helm green chest and green boots did not save the Suinha rune. i refreshed thinking perhaps that would help and it did not. several days later they still have not shown up so i am pretty sure it was not a temporary thing. if this is not going ot be fixed i would like to know since i wont even attempt that tier for runes that may vanish unsaved. perhaps doing thing within minutes of wr end was a bad mistake.

My point was there is no way to have been on kong and gotten the general. there was a blue general in expeditions as well as i think an orange one. I would like Colbaeus but hes not worth gambling for since he gets no bonus for being in the legion. but he does help Colbaea. If The future color legions are going to be like this I wont bother, I will stick with green or yellow since they have decent troop types. But to collect I would liek the others but only if i can direct buy the stuff.

Do we craft or win the Proc boost on this world raid? the table says 5.5 million. the craft tab says craft it for 5 banners. which required 9 billion. or are there 2 proc boosts?

Edit. .. the loot one is listed in the loot table as for swamp thing only. the craft one is for echidna only. question answered.

I myself am finding much fewer of the raids i personally prefer. But I realize they are being hit by other people so I have no right to complain. These are not farming group raids, these are public posted raids. These raids were posted in the rooms. Not in pms or in a private pastebin so everyone has as much right to them as any one else. All this bot has done is give raids to those that do not know about or can not use pasties. Pastebins are not a part of the game they are an additional thing. And they were used by a very few people in comparison to the entire player base. Wpat/Jhun script, by far the most used on this game has been downloaded less than 60k times. During winter kessov there were about 12k people in that raid for kong. Since I joined there have been 23 updates to this script. So unless everyone has downloaded it less than 2 times the vast majority of the players do not use this. IN fact I have never seen an odd number for the script so maybe it is half of this in true downloads. Pretty much those of us that have used pastebins for the past months have become spoiled and some of us are now throwing temper tantrums at losing their edge. Maybe I am old fashioned, but this is a game and I think trying to hoard a nongame benefit is unfair to the rest.

I have to agree. Once you get past a certain point the rewards for upgrading diminish seriously. With a lab we get a decrease ship cost in ore plus the ability to upgrade attributes. But with the ore mine all we get is an ever decreasing return vs expenditure. Only way to get ore at a worthwhile rate is to pvp.

3) Your statement against their logic isn’t even the same argument thus fail. The 4th of July is relevant to only one nation where xmas/easter are relevant to many nations. Religion was never mentioned and is unrelated to the comment.

Understanding the context of a persons point of view will better help you decide if you disagree with it while at the same time helping you figure out how to properly argue against it. MrKJ is clearly talking about population and countries/nations that each have their own unique holidays based on their nations history. Religious holidays do not share borders and are not uniquely contained within one nation. Religion was never brought up as a point of discussion to argue so how did you come to the conclusion that it would be a compelling argument against an unrelated topic?

Faulty logic. Since we have experienced 2 holiday events both pertaining to religion he made a valid statement.

Now despite that. Most games use the 4th of July as their summer event. The most common events are Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, And Xmas.

I dont think thats the way to do it. Sure it might make people pause in attacking alston, i always did anyways, but losing something worth 50 MS is insane. thats nearly the equivalent of some entire fleets attacking pillars.

Nothing really new in that thread Shoe. We have discussed most of it in this one. better to keep it going here than renew a dead thread in my opinion. While i appreciate you wanting to help lower galaxies with tiers I think it us that need to move on. not create an easier level.

Well, i dont think my idea would “isolate” the beginner. It will give, to the lower galaxy, a chance to get a good amount of coupons and learn the basic of the raid. Once they grow, they can change “league” and get into the major one. In my country, the gouv do the same with the education and i really dont like it. Since everyone are bad in math, well, they lower the requierment to pass the exam. This is not the kind of evolution i want for my kids and not even for my games. Having pillar for lower and higher galaxy mean that ppl that want to take their time and play casual will find what they are looking for and the same for the more hardcore gamer. If i did understand correctly what ppl was saying is that they dont have a chance to get coupons. This will give them that chance and it wont take anything from the others.

For long term, i still believe that having minor and major league for pillar would be better because it would have a bigger capacity. How ? Because you can add 1 more pillar if .. how knows why, 250 new player arrive at the same time. With your idea, that would mean 250 other ppl wanting to get coupons from pillar so to let them get some, we will lower again the dmg from the stronger. This will never end.

i dont think that making a baby pillar is the way to go. I think it best to limit us that have outgrown the normal pillars until we can advance to the next stage. Right now we have become 16 year olds held back in elementary school and we have become bullies. All because our school isnt ready yet. I include myself simply because based on my rank i should not hold as high a pillar rank as i do when i hit. we should not lessen the hardness of the initial game for the new players so much as restrict ourselves until the new school is ready. I dont want to create a baby pillar but an advanced one. Gems are already the baby pillars. I mean come on Playmage even added inviting friends to the gems because so many just do not have the galaxy that can do them. I want to see those galaxies grow not just add to the existing pillar galaxies.

ok, if you see things that way, i agree with you 100%. But i really fear that giving the power to PM to lower our power again = we will never see it again.

I want that scale long enough to slow us down enough to allow other small galaxies to get a chance till all of us have moved on to higher level. if you want to stay behind and be a bully you would remain nerfed. we need to move on not create new easier levels. i want quality players. but the ones with potential see what we do in damage and give up even trying.

I know its a bit psychology but still is that: Since i start playing (in november) and i start using gold (once pillar was introduce) to get stronger, patch start lowering dmg. I understand what you are saying. And I also like to do more damage. This is the reason behind every skill purchase I have made. Or upgrade book for that matter. I considered pouring money into the game like I did in TKO, three kingdoms online, but that took away too much challenge. Instead I went with a moderate amount. I still on occasion get tempted to max the game out just to do more damage but I resist. Like you have noticed, I am sure, there is a point of diminishing returns especially where skills are concerned. And yes despite not having a high post count i read these forums all the time.

Here is where I disagree with you. I do not like isolating smaller players. I would rather take a hit in my own hitting power and get more new players that will spend moderate to large amounts of money or even none at all to stay. This will lead to more development of the game. I for one think of this as a long term game and have things planned all the way till next year. I do not want it to stagnate and die. Since I am going up in rank and not advancing too rapidly I can only see one reason, the upper mids or lower tops are quitting. Most of the high level players that buy gold have already spent the majority that they will. We need new players that stay and spend to get max development. I WANT TO SEE 10 PLANETS. I think a future expansion should add something beyond pillars that maybe requires so many days pillar retention to advance to. Say a “warp gate”. Once you activate this gate your galaxy is forever removed from reg pillars and you see a new alternate pillar setup that is much more powerful but the rewards so much higher. You may even need to form galaxy alliances to attack these since perhaps you always face your double from the Phantom galaxy. perhaps even to have the 9th and 10th planet you must occupy one of these pillars and your buildings stay even if you lose those planets.

So what i want is advancement. Since Pillars were never meant to handle this many powerful players I think we should be nerfed. Not extremely so as to hurt the ability to rank but enough to slow down damages. You may even get in another hit or 2 and get more coupons. Each player would still compare the same to their opponents so rankings should not be hurt. Maybe we will even see G42 hold otis for a month again. Basically all i want is the clock to be rolled back on pillars while allowing lower levels to learn how they work and want to stay. Once Playmage has something better ready then the top galaxies can move on. I dont liek the idea of removing competition with tiers. I like to do pillars and i could end up facing a 20% damage reduction using the 3.2bil and a full repaired pillar. But I would take triple that nerfing if it would keep the game growing instead of seeing so many players just leave since they see no point.

Sorry, you don’t know what you are talking about about. The idea of increasing difficulty for those spending real money to make this game EASIER is preposterous. Defending such an idea by attacking others isn’t going to make it any less so either.

December 20 something was the day i started. Posting often in the forums does not make you right. Just outspoken.

And if you look at my sample equation it gives a defensive bonus to those willing to spend the ore. which only the strongest can do in any quantity. Instead you latched onto the silly idea you have. If you want this to be a coin only game then we need new servers all the time. That way it can be a real challenge. Pillars weren’t meant to handle this level of damage. But if you decrease the overall damage blanketly you solve nothing. Now the power ranges the pillars were designed for can do nothing.

So lets say we decrease damage ability by 50% now we also have to decrease repair ability as well which is not changing the game dynamic for pillars. We need to keep the game competitive. Using my sample there would be no change in rankings of damage on pillars. But it might slow things down enough to allow other galaxies to join in.

Tiered pillars seems good on the outside but then we literally stop people from wanting to go up against the stronger galaxies, we need to make them want to fight and progress. Not stagnate and die.

As to your silly comment about double posts. 2 comments with 2 separate ideas deserve 2 separate posts. Otherwise the quoting becomes extreme. Perhaps this is your first forum?

Shoe might use cheats to win a game, but most player would like some challenge.
Atm, the only challenge is to get more lucky on collecting skills. I doubt it’s enough for all of us.

I agree thats why i suggest a sliding scale that does not effect overall pillar rankings but gives a chance to slow down damage. i believe a blanket % damage decrease does not effectively alter anything. I also suggest a defensive bonus which only the strongest galaxies could afford to implement as a balance

You need to look at it from Shoes point of view. He does not want a challenge. Hes basically a hopscotch player in the world of chess. Hes not even a major player in his own galaxy. But hes happy tagging along. He thinks winning easily is fun. If that was the case with me I’d spend a ton just like I used to in TKO. Here I spend just enough to give myself a slight advantage and nothing more since I like some challenge. Not that hitting G8s pillar is a challenge. The pvp stage is laughable. G42 is much more impressive. Actually in a solo pillar G8 is the only galaxy I have never lost against. Must be giving out great advice. But then again, not all G8 players are as halfwitted as Shoe. I enjoy most of them and did not even realize Shoe was this pathetic until today.

then you want a gold server and a nongold server since thats what you are aiming for. there is no way for new players to form an effective galaxy as it stands. they dont even have the chance to hit the pillars. even if they do they do many players have to do it solo since only they have a chance of winning pvp. or better yet lets just put a gold price to all coupon equipment so that you dont have to play if you dont want you can just buy the max.

reducing damage as a whole only gets us to the point that galaxies can easily repair all damage. i could have healed all the damage done to alston before the revert. so pillars can stand forever? no lets make it so a strong galaxy can keep one if they really want and work at it but give the non pillar galaxies a chance. if you dont like that then i pity your life of fear.

ok so the game will die from lack of new blood. None but a dozen or so even try pillars. no point to even try so they dont earn the coupons so they dont get the equipment. so they quit. all the equation i put forth would do is add more galaxies to the pillar raids. it does nothing to the overall rankings at the top. it does not effect pvp.

a solo 100 mill army will do 84% of damage
a solo 110 mill army will do 83% of damage

it just lowers the effectiveness of overall damage since the defense is reactive.

screw it. you want to make the money Playmage? go the way of TKO and open a new server every 2 weeks. then combine them with similar after 2 months. this way there is always reason to keep spending money. forget these slow spenders and get some real gamers in here. as it stands there is no point since even maxing yourself entirely with gold will still not help you in pillars unless you join one of the 12 galaxies. let the rest die. may as well.

First rank player deal 1% dmg, 10th rank deal 10% and 5000th rank deal 5000% !! yay thats the way to rebalance power !

and we could always sell rank downgrader for couple of hundreds golds :)

its not going to do much in the way of altering close ranks. and it wont effect the outcome of a pillar. and it gives a defensive bonus to strong galaxies willing to repair. can reduce overall damage by 50% at 100 million the bonus becomes a negative after 50million which will make people wait to do max damage. you think a 25% penalty will change ranks? not that any galaxy can even manage a 25% penalty at this point. but as more players grow in strength it allows them to keep their pvp advantage while limiting their pillar one.
