its easy bro, right click on playgame screen then click tern – support then enter ur email , it ll sho u atabto enter in it ur gaming infos (in-game name,server…etc) post ur problem, then poof they ll fix it, they did to me too :D sorry if it complicated im not good at english :DDDD

If you have any guns or arts you plan on selling for the sale to get better stuff you should probably do it now so that you can sell it for 10% of the regular price and not 5% of the regular price!
