you can join a new server (one where they have a no attacking your own civ rule) or you can get 50 points FREE by selling in the auction, i got exodus while still in savage age 100 glory, first half an hour of playing. i recommend selling an assasin’s vine for 55 pts , it sells FAST and for enuf to buy exodus, then find a deserted island

Is it a missionary or merchant? Cause if it is then you cant recall until it reaches it’s destination and stops
moving also if its a hero moving in the area around your city your not allowed to move it
