Accidentally put this in the wrong thread; originally posted 5/4

Hi, I was doing the crisis Draft today, when I wasn’t able to make it into my match for some reason; when I did get in, I was already 1 loss behind my opponent and the current match was in-session. Considering I got 2nd and would’ve only gotten 1 more Crisis pack, I’d appreciate the issue being looked into, and if possible, being refunded 1 Crisis pack.

As you can see in the image, the 3rd place matches were playing out well before I ever got to have my own, but somehow, Juvia was beating my (presumably autopiloted) deck.

Let me also mention that I didn’t touch the action figure coupons, energy drinks, or Prestige Packs, so they can be revoked if necessary.

Somehow, the client entered me into 2 concurrent drafts, and I had control over neither one. As a result, I had no card choice and no choice in forming my deck. I also was not able to play my cards and subsequently earned two 4th place finishes thus robbing me of 6 draft packs and 6 glories.

Attached here are some images of a deck window (note deck 25/25) open underneath a draft pack. I was unable to click on either medium.

These were my 14th and 15th drafts for the evening, and so I earned 3 prestige packs. I’d be willing to give them back, I guess, but I’m pretty upset about this issue with my drafting, as I basically had two full drafts thrown away.

If possible, I’d like the 6 glories and 6 draft packs restored. I’d also appreciate keeping the Prestige packs, since I now have 0 draft packs and can’t complete my MNH…

Earlier today, I had 13 Glory packs I had been saving up for Monday Brawl and having logged in after the patch, I noticed that they are all missing! Can devs do anything to either roll-back my account so I can open the packs, or refund the in-game-bucks I spent on them?

I imagine this is because the packs I bought could have Tempus cards, but now that Tempus has its own pack, the packs I’d been saving shouldn’t exist anymore.

Please help!
