It is not always a glitch with the buildings over the housing line, an old script before some of the updates let you “buy” the yard expansions, but when you turned off the scripts you lost the expansion, but the buildings will stay outside of the line.

You still have made Kixeye money though, there are ads on Kong (So they say, I use adblocker). Those ads generate revenue which I am sure they get a percentage of. This game is high up there on the list of most plays, so its safe to say they made a decent amount just on that, then you have people buying shiny.

You know you can left click on the game area by the friends and hit reload page, only refresh the game area, leaves chat there.

Things can be done, take screen shots that show proof of the scripting and talk directly to a mod about it.
