You don’t have unlimited listings in an hour, it’s still 10 after you rebirth.

When you talk to Death you Rebirth. When you rebirth, You have access to buying pets and 1 extra stat point every 4 levels. You also start at level 1 and can work your way back up to level 100. You can also redo all of the quests but it is not recommended to do them until level 98 so you can reach level 100 to be able to ascend. YOU DON"T FIGHT DEATH. You talk to him and you are rebirthed, just like that.

P.S. there is also a skull that goes next to your name when you rebirth ;)
