Topic: Wartune / Help, Major Bug

Well, I did send a ticket on monday (13. March, turns out I have had this problem for longer than I remembered) But there has been no updates to it after my reply with the requested screenshot. I am thinking of sending a new ticket, but will hold the idea and let them work for another week as I am going away today on vacation. I hope that WT-Kong will have some info or an update from R2 by the time I come back. Thanks for the help and ideas so far KnowingEyes and Donseptico.

Well, I just tried from a different computer that has NEVER played Wartune before and I still have the same problems. I also tried on a different server, there everything was fine and I unlocked the features that are currently still locked on my S9 character. Based on this I believe I can say that this is a server side issue, though not a very common one.

Well, I have had this bug for at least four days now. The bug is that I cannot access a majority of the functions that I should be able to such as; Skill menu, Astros, Guild, Campaign (indirect access via quests) and probably others that I don’t know about. This is quite restrictive of the gameplay and the ticket I sent has been unreplied to for four days since the reply with screenshot that was requested was posted. There is also the problem that whenever I start the game it is as if I am in some dialogue as all the buttons onscreen are unclickable after it fully loads (Bypassed by quickly going fullscreen and pressing outside a set square OR spamming the options key) I am wondering why this is happening and if there is any solutions. I have had this problem for a few days now. After sending a ticket I received a request for a screenshot, but after sending the SS I haven’t heard more. Do you have any idea as to what the problem is and if so, how to solve it? (problem is that I am missing buttons and their functions not being unlocked)

I wonder if it is possible to make a banking feature so that ones can put away silver. Many people remember when they were low level and constantly had overfilled silver storages and this would cause them to waste silver/rushlevel buildings to burn away the silver, but why not make a feature that allows you to save up that silver for later on. The possibility to store silver would make it easier for low levels to find room for more silver and it would help them later in the game, and could help those who run many battles, but run out of ways to spend the silver they gain, to store it away so they can continue their farmfest. Of course there should be a catch however, something like a 24 hour withdrawal time or a certain percentage of silver taken away on withdrawals (maybe 5%). In my personal experience I have found myself unable to do levies due to full silver storages because I didn’t want to level up for one reason or another, with most equipment maxed and buildings topped there are basically no way to spend the building level of silver which is why I, and many others I believe, would benefit from a banking service of sorts.

Thank you for your time, I hope this will be evaluated and implemented.
