Topic: Kongregate / Muting games

I’ve gotten tired of seeing comments about lack of mute buttons in games. So, here’s a how-to guide to muting games without muting everything else:

1. Find your volume control. (It’s likely in your lower right corner)
2. Right click the volume control.
3. Select ‘Open volume mixer.’
4. Find your internet application (Firefox, IE, etc.) and mute it.
5. You can now listen to your own music while playing a game with no mute button. Enjoy!

(Please note, this is for Windows. There is probably something similar for Mac, etc., but I don’t know.)

Topic: Kongregate / Stop the Seat belt commercials

Honestly, whenever an ad spams me on this site, it makes me want to do the opposite of what it tells me to do. So, I’m not getting Max Payne 3, and I’m considering cutting off my seat belts.

…..just kidding about that last bit. That being said, if a person wants to drive without a seat belt, let him. One less idiot in the world to worry about. Survival of the smartest FTW!

There are currently 329 games under the Zombies category here on Kongregate. I’m sure a few have slipped through the cracks. My point is, enough already. At this point, any more zombie games is redundant. Their plots won’t be anything new, they will have chainsaws and shotguns, and frankly? Zombies are cliched. So please, developers of Kong. Try something new.

In the queue list at the upper right of the screen, ‘Buffs’ should be replaced with ‘Healing’ for remaining recovery time of wounded units.

Agreed. In fact, get rid of the rumor system altogether. It serves no purpose.
