go to “run” and type in “delete system32”
life will get better.

Fail, at least on Windows XP, in multiple different ways: You need to actually go to the command prompt and then browse to your Windows directory, you can’t run pure DOS commands from the run dialog. The command to delete something is ‘del’, not ‘delete’. And even if you did manage to pull it off, Windows protects vital operating system files several times over. It will, first of all, prompt you whether you want to delete the folder in question and then it’ll probably just say access is denied. Finally, on top of that, if Windows detects system files missing, it’ll probably just restore from backups automatically via system restore or ask you for your Windows XP disk.

Moreover, from what I’ve heard, Windows Vista and Windows 7 are even harder for an end user to actually break the OS from within.

Well, all I can say about that is “don’t explain the joke” and “it was just a joke” depending on whether you understood it to begin with or not.

@Sturmfeder: As in, Portal 2. It was supposed to come out in time for the holidays last year, but then it was moved to February, but now the release date is set in April and should come some time in June or possibly next year.

As long as we’re linking to stuff, here are a… few… times Valve has not exactly been truthful with its release dates

Be prepared, be very prepared, to see your deadline fly by.

Note: I feel as if Tukkun has way too much in common with Valve. Valve and Tukkun both make great games, and make pointless release dates that mean all of nothing just to make people happy :D (notewithinanote: This is a good thing)

I’m confused by this, does this mean it will never come, unless something miraculous happens? Or does it mean that it will take a vary long time, more than previously estimated? Will there be further notice, or will there maybe be further notice? Is this odd way of wording it a grammatical error, random mistake, mars-ese to English translation error or other. I would just like a clarification on this. And what’s up with the TL;DR?

Unless you’re right and It’s just weird Mars-ese translation, it’s just a joke. He’s saying that it will come when it comes. Technically speaking, everything that is unreleased will never release without further notice, the further notice is releasing it. (PersonOfInterest was correct in saying what TL;DR meant)

TL;DR Ignore it

how do you throw your objects in the game

1) lolnoob
2) Go to your house
3) Click on item, let’s call it “Item X”, or your character
4) Hold your mouse button down (yes, I could have said click on and hold, but I feel like making extra steps to make this look more complex :P, see 1))
5) Move your mouse as fast as you can in an upwardly direction (unless you have a mouse like mine, then you should spin the red ball as fast as possible in a direction that makes the cursor go up)
6) Let go before you hit the top of the house

Alternate 5&6

5) Move your mouse of the screen
6) Move your mouse to somewhere in the game and let go immediately

7) Watch Item X or your character fall down and get EX Pee

EDIT: I threw my character up so high that it hit Mars. It didn’t bounce down, though so I didn’t get EX Pee :o

That’s just flash, the framerate is sent down to 2 whenever you’re not on the tab. Someone earlier on the thread mentioned a fix, but it doesn’t work.

I made a bunch of eyes, and each can be used for left or right eye (note: they all have “AI” in the center, just for fun :O)

I went and had a close look in this area and this is what I found:

Treasure Hunter respawn rate seems higher. It was 25% before. Duplicated Ninja seems about the same (50%). That’s my perception as I didn’t test the numbers at all scientifically. What is different is that everything has a green health bar, whereas a grey health bar is used currently for a monster that will respawn.

I also found that the Treasure Box and Another Box (names have been changed from —Chest) always spawn the Pirate Gem/Ghosts respectively. That’s a big change from the current 20% chance to spawn.

Also, when the Boxes/Gem get to low health you start hitting them for 10s instead of the usual 1 or 2. For example, this seems to start happening at about 40% health for the Pirate Gem.

I don’t see anything here that’s a definite bug. It’s quite likely that Tukkun just changed the respawn percentages and the bar colours, although the hitting for 10 seems a bit odd.

They don’t always do it. At least they didn’t the last time I took a trip to pirate ship interior.

Edit: Took out two of the quotes to attempt to nip a quote pyramid in the bud.

(Sorry for my bad English)

That’s why the arcade doesn’t let you play with a framerate of 20 or lower.

If you mean instantly, then it’s probably just the same thing that happens in the normal game, possibly with different numbers for respawn chance. If you mean over time, you’re just unlucky :o

Another thing I noticed: the cost to reset your Battle Arena skills seems rather high. For example, I just realized that I wanted to invest more points in skills related to Quick Attack. However, at BA level 154, it will cost around 21 mil pixels to redistribute the skill points.

First bit, probably.
Second bit, it does have to deter you from randomly reseting. So… super-high-cost is a pretty good deterant, eh?

EDIT: some places INSIDE the button.

Actually, while that is true, it’s not because of why you think it is.

The button lags a lot and if you click it fast enough, the button moves faster than the clicks catch up with it, so the button moves past where you clicked and you miss. Just click slower and you’ll be fine :o

Edit: @above That’s just flash, dude. It happens with pretty much all flash stuff, but it’s hard to notice because most things don’t have FPS thingies easily visible.

Granted its not that difficult to get 100 lvs, but are some ppl are just gonna be SOL?

I’m not Tukkun, and only he would know for a fact, but the flag for being able to buy it should be a completely separate flag from actually owning it, so the flag for actually owning it should be carried over without a problem.

I suggest a 5 or so click limit rather than a timed period after the button breaks…[stuffstuffstuff]

Maybe a combination of the two, a “whichever comes first” type deal. If you click 5 extra times during the grace period second, you’re still messed up just as much as if you click once outside of the grace period second.

Methinks I’m going to like the Explosion, the still-not-working features seem like they’ll be pretty epic when they are working (the idlebot seems like it’ll be a personal favorite) and the stuff that is already working is pretty cool, too. I like the new Battle Arena (surprise, surprise, I know) and my favorite beyond favorite improvement is the button. The button was just a way to get a few k I needed for whatever in the normal game, but the explosion’s button… It’s great. I don’t really know exactly what I like about it, but it could just be the fact that fancy colored words pop out and money spews out significantly faster. Either way, the new button is shweet. Honestly my only complaint is that it’s really, really hard to avoid C-c-c-c-c-combo breaking after the B-b-b-b-b-button breaks (personally my finger is already flying at the mouse by the time the previous click registers). I think about a one, two, three at the very, very max second period after the button breaks should ignore misses just to make button breaks not mean insta-combo-break.

Dunno if it helps, but if i am at the battle arena, sometimes i see a monster, like a super hero(not exist, just a example)

for like 1 sec, then he turns into something else…

That’s just one frame of the previous monster, presumably all the monsters share a slot and they are just switched out upon a new one showing up (I could be wrong) and it doesn’t get switched until the monster actually spawns, so for a single frame the old monster is still there.

p.s. That was all speculation, but it’s what I thought when I saw the same happen. (Although you must have a mega-slow framerate if one frame takes up a whole second o-o)
