Strange bug repeatedly happening (about 25% chance) since yesterday.

I’ve been having this strange bug since yesterday with the level 5 ska merchants guild’s guild quests:
I go in battle with (26 – N) balion riders, 4x 1 (decoy), N catapults (where 15 >= N >= 5)

Most of the battles worked normally, but 3 of them worked like this:
1. Get the above 30 units ready
2. Battlefield loads, timer starts, but no armies are present
3. End turn (or not), nothing happens – still a blank battlefield with a working countdown
4. Disconnect, reconnect to game
5. Look at barracks screen – it’s either:
a. “battle won, probably” – a few units remaining, but multiplied by 2 (when the 10 balions, 1 decoy and 5 catapults remained, I got 10 balions, 1 decoy, 5 catapults, 10 balions, 1 decoy, 5 catapults)
or
b. “battle lost, probably” – all units are gone

6. But the real trouble is this: after auto-losing 15 catapults in the most recent bug sighting, any new attempt to start a guild quest results in an information box with the i icon, and

So I can no longer farm items for plat. Hopefully this helps.

Edit 1: Additional info – just realized all equipment durability went to 0/100 and broke. So major $ loss there.
Edit 2: Was able to continue questing after server restart, haven’t encountered bug thus far. Thanks!
Edit 3: HOLY CR*P! My net win % went from 95%+ to 60%. Guild battle stats shows 255 lost when I really only have <5 loses. (Confirms issue in Edit 1)

Topic: Elemental Power / "Funny" Workaround for PvP Balance

Higher level = more time in game = wants to have more challenge, right?

When I was level 10, playing against level 20 is just impossible, equal levels don’t exist in PvP.
Level 20 against level 30 was brutal but fun, equal levels are exciting.
Level 25 against level 40 I actually stood somewhat of a chance (if the hps are equal), equal levels are still exciting.
Level 30 against level 40+ is winnable despite the difference in hp, but now lower levels start appearing, and it’s not exciting at all due difference in PvP experience, cards, AND hp.

I can only imagine the experience will get worse as you level up and start facing more and more lower levels with less PvP experience, less hp, and less rare items/magic cards.

Topic: Elemental Power / "Funny" Workaround for PvP Balance

Simply reverse the HP of two parties, so the higher level won’t have BOTH better cards AND more hp, thus greatly improving the win chance for the disadvantaged and making it more interesting for the higher level as well.

(Drags “obsolete” UPGRADED tier 2 card to Sell Card)
“Are you sure you want to sell this card?”
(Clicks Yes)
“Card sold for 500 gold.”
(NOOOOOOOOO!!!! I intend to sell it to make some cash to buy a bronze pack (1,667 gold/card) for sacrificing, not for some meager 500 gold!!!)

Would it be too difficult to provide a “sale value” for selling cards?
I’m sure it’ll help A LOT of newbies.

Topic: Elemental Power / New Elements for Elemental Power

Wouldn’t adding another element be like… auto-playing the “hand-to-hand” card every other turn?

It’ll surely remove the “rock paper scissors” fun of this game, and perhaps mandate a title change to “Power Elemental”.
Now, if we have 3 more elements, the title might as well become “Grinding Power”.

Topic: Elemental Power / PvP Log Bug

Day 1 here, did a lot of “cross-tier” PvP with “Perfect KOs by the other guy”. (devastating losses)

Only “won” the last battle because the “other guy” has to disconnect due to “missing cards” interface. (another perhaps widely known bug)

The bug in my situation is when I go to the PvP screen, I see a whole list of PvP’d against Somebody and WON, and only 2 losses, when in fact there should only be 1 win and all others are losses.

Well, I had a major in aerospace engineering, so the first thing I did when I saw the sun with a gravitational field is to try a Hohmann transfer. It resulted in a crash into the sun.

Naturally the next time I tried I used a shield, and added the engine boost to make sure I have the escape velocity, and it worked – but THROUGH the sun, THEN teleported into a complete random location. Since it’s not predictable and does not simulate physics well enough, it’s a bug.

Trial results from 7 tries:
1x stuck inside the sun, died.
1x stuck inside the sun, teleported back to where I was 1.5 seconds before heading into the sun, facing it.
2x through the sun, teleported back to where I was 1.5 seconds before heading into the sun, facing it.
3x through the sun, teleported to random location not “too far” away from the sun.

Thanks dawn. As you can see from my post count, I’m new here to the forum.

I actually looked around for the edit button for at least 2 minutes, didn’t find any, but now thanks to you I know where it is.

1st EDIT: editing just for the sake of editing, ha.
2nd EDIT: I generally edit my posts more than once.
3rd EDIT: I take my word back about the Rok, its final skill, Cleave, does 50%-60% of MAX HP as damage to all enemies.

I started with a rokling that was awesome before level 15, but bought an ivory scykling (snow, air) with the free gems, and luckily after several days of breeding got an yipyip (snow)

The scykling is now a level 60 scyke, and the yipyip is now a level 53 yupyak, and the rok… still only level 48. It survived on average of about 1.2 turns against any player or level 60+ npcs. Despite having awesome skills like meteor shower, it almost never got to use it.

If you have a strong team, I’d recommend starting with the cat. It’s got AWESOME attack and speed, and the flame / -stamina modifiers are just overpowered.
