10 pm EST. The Bower’s Castle chat room was plagued by a spamming user, creating multiple accounts to evade silences.
My suggestion is to impose a time limit between creating an account and being able to post in chat. This would, in theory, deter events such as that which hit Bowser’s Castle. Would-be spammers must now invest time, up front creating multiple accounts, and then wait a set amount of time.

Fighting lvl5
by turn 3, he had the immortal 7damage weapon, a 10/10 photon, and 2 10/10 dragons.
