Alice was nerfed WTF!

Upgraded Alice is hitting 148.2K for me at level 4, so she can hit for more than she could before. How much damage do you normally deal on a 20? It could be that her cap was raised, but the base percent of damage she does was lowered to compensate, or you just don’t have her leveled up yet. (I don’t remember her level 1 proc, and am capping her bonus damage, so I can’t comment.)

Suggestions

Or things from other events with like spikes, flames, scales, banners, etc.
It would nice to be able to trade in legions we don’t need/want that we won or paid pc for.
Obviously items you can buy with gold would make this unworkable, as well as items easily won.
So you would need to choose the right quantities to make it fair and not throw off the balance.
Supposedly there’s a “workshop” feature coming up that will allow us to use gold, craftables, and gear we don’t want to enhance items that we wish to keep . . . no ETA, but the devs have implied that it will be sooner than later.

Weird Items from Expeditions
Well, I guess we now know why they took the game down for maintenance a second time.
Post on the official forums with a screenshot, and see what can be done.

Is there even anywhere you would see it? I believe it’s a crafting component for an experiment that isn’t in the craft tab yet.

Wyrm-Slayers II damage! - ?

How do you get two Mina’s? Does the crafting table change from stat points back to mina when you craft mina 2?
Yes. AFAIK, it works that way with all upgradeable legendaries— don’t have SORII, but it will do that with SocK. You can actually get one of each of those.

Wyrm-Slayers II damage! - ?

What’s your power on WS II? Who do you use?
I say WS II because in my case is actually the best against this WR. My best second choice would be Angels with only 17932. At least WS II have 36479.
In my WS II i have
As General:
STR: Lenzi, Kessov
AGI: Kalevra, Takamura
TANK: Booma, Siege Commander
RANGER: Wyrm Hunter, Aarash
As Troop:
STR = Sargaash The Conqueror, 5 Terraclean Statue
AGI = Mina v1, Mina v2, Teucer Tullian v2, Xalis, 2 Bustuarius
TANK = 2 Terraclean Statue, 4 Dwarven Besieger (Lenzi get a bonus)
RANGER = Incerdius, 5 Bowman of Nine Rivers (Takamura get a bonus)
Total power = 36479
In alternative i noticed that i can do something else. Remove 4 Dwarven Besieger (Lenzi lost his bonus), move 4 Terraclean in the Tank slot form the STR’s slot. Fill the STR slot with Sargaash the Conqueror, 1 Terraclean Statue and 4 Blacksmith.
This way my total bonus become 36637 and i lost Lenzi bonus.
Anyway seems to me that is too low.
Also, i miss the last LT from NM Z10-4 but i really can’t take that now during the WR.
Any suggestion?
As best I can tell, there’s not much to be done now— other than,“get Dahrizon and Fontella,” there’s not much I can tell you, and even then, the Fontella half of that statement is invalid right now.
If you have AGI troops that are better than your Dwarven or Terreclean tanks, you could move Minav1 and Minav2 from AGI to TANK and add them in, but the only things I can think of that are better are Bustuarii. As far as generals go, Arash and Ullan are your weak links, but they’re hard to replace, at least if you want to increase your damage.
So, yeah, the only advice I know of would be to either use pots, or stop at 5B if you have not hit that yet. If you decide to use pots, make sure you know how much damage you do per level, and only get enough to get you to your goal; it would probably also be best not to buy any (remember, I’m not saying do or don’t here) until you are absolutely sure you can’t hit 10B, and have already done as much as you can.
Sorry I can’t help more.
Little note: WSII is currently the best thing against dragons, period, unless the dragon is Rhal, or you have one of the PC legions loaded up with troops that gain a boost by being added to it. Mine is currently 75K, and my damage against dragons is 2.1-3.8M (with some Renoir procs thrown in there) without mount procs, unless I get very very lucky.

scrolls of dahrizon IV
Originally posted by Ryo_Sangnoir:

That’s interesting, though: I got IV from normal Dahrizon, and I believe it (used to be?) a 100% drop on NM. It’s likely that one scroll drops from each boss (except that normal Dahrizon is a 100% V drop), so just try other bosses.
As I understand it, the Simulacrum has a 100% chance to drop either one or the other the first time you go through it. After that, it works like the other bosses.
@OP— sounds like you’ve been bitten by a bug! I’d submit a report to the official forums— devs seem to have more time to read those.

PROTIP: World Raid Preparations
Looking over the whole thread, here’s an overview (and some ideas of mine) if you are a newbie and a little lost. The WR will probably be tomorrow, but there’s still a bit of time.
1: Try to have decent gear. If you don’t have any PC gear, the Red Crystalskin set that you get from Subterranean Depths raids gives the overall highest AV out of the free and easily obtainable sets; combine this with a cyan scale claw (z9 raids) and you should be set.
2: On a related note, unless you’re very low-level, spending PC on potions will help you to reach higher tiers far more easily than buying gear— although gear might (might) be better for you in the long run, don’t shell out your free/purchased PC on expeditions expecting to greatly increase your WR hitting ability.
3: If you have SP, put them into attack. I wouldn’t advise going for more energy until you’re pretty high level, so if you still need to raise your LSI, go for stam.
4: Save your gold, unless you have a high income already. Equip health-boosting/healing generals/troops/items when you can, as long as it doesn’t lower your damage too much.
5: This one may be more controversial, but just go for the highest tier you can easily hit. There’s nothing more annoying in this game than knowing that a WR has completed with you being just a few million short of your goal. If you know that you can hit (and this is a high number, but I’m just using it as an example) 3B, but aren’t sure about taking it to 5B, just stay at 3.

My general understanding is that it’s just a display glitch— if it was fixed, you’d just not see anything until the item was finally created. If you have to throw supermassive amounts of honor about it, then things might have changed since I got my Sock3, but I’m pretty sure the devs have stated that the drop rate is working like they want it to.

In the Mystery Pack there seems to be an Ariala item for every Dao item; though, it seems odd that there is no ring but instead a bounty hunters trap that stands in the place the ring is likely to be. Was it that there was no ring made, or is it that there was a coding error?
Any insight is appreciated.
As I am not on this forum as often if anyone has an answer for me would they kindly shout me a message or throw me a whisper.
Thanks much,
Vid
There was a ring made, but current expeditions don’t have it. Dao/Ariala have been available in expeditions for a long time now; before the current release, they were in the Relic Pack, which had the ring. So the ring just isn’t available at the current time. :/
