Here’s my contest entry, a snowman fighting the worm from Effing Worms, 27 colours.

I think the shoulders are alright, but the eyes are too big imo. I know it’s cartoon-style, but I still think the eyes could use some work. :P

Here’s something I made a while ago, a Spinebug, in original colours and then edited to a 2-colour piece.

I absolutely love the narwhal, but the background is a completely different style, or even several different styles, would look better if it was in the same style as the narwhal.

Well it’s very short and seems like an intro to a story, not a full story in itself.. It’s okay though, but again, short, so kinda hard to judge. I’d like to read more of it though, but beware of spelling mistakes, as I spotted a few.(god instead of good, it’s instead of its, etc)

1. Sasms- Excellent vibrant colours, nice effects and composition.
2. Piratemonkey- Really great use of transparency, although the colours don’t go too well with the render.
3. GraphicDesignC- Really nice pop-out and effects, but the depth isn’t all that evident, it kinda looks like two separate layers(the render+effects and the background). Had a hard time deciding between this one and ozzy’s.
