maybe if possible you could make the executive a static binary rather than a dynamic one..
I have a feeling that this may possibly be a solution.
Another thing is that maybe permissions are required to load the in game libraries and it is unable to access it so that may be a solution…

oh well gues i’ll go play cs 1.6 and check back later

Ummm I’ll have to go home to check up on that because I’m ccurrently on my android… which folder would it happen to be in?? the full directory so I can find it easier?? thanks igor and crew ;)

Topic: CS Portable / Linux Version of CS Portable

I know that linux is unfortunately not supported for games – although it is great for computer science programming ;) – but kudos to Igor and crew for making a linux version.

Unfortunately I think the cs portable version for linux is broken.. or is it just me??? lol… do you guys think you could possibly fix it? The game boots up fine but when I try to join a room it exits out of the window without any warnings. I know that you have many more important tasks at hand but it’d be appreciated if you fix the linux version. It would also be cool if you could add more map support to it and I don’t mind if it takes a couple months for you to do it… I understand you guys are busy.

Anyways if anyone wants to know how to use the linux version because you happen to be a fellow linux user.. just right click on it and select properties. Then check the box that says allow execution as a program.. hopefully it’ll work for somebody else!

The method might be wrong however because it crashes on me. Try for yourself and see what happens..

Exactly. See, your notion of a “good” player is already flawed from the moment you asked for my IGN. My opinion about people who ask about K/D excessively?

600 kills and 200 deaths isn’t ridiculous.. it’s been done plenty of times… with a rifle too btw… by a lot of people
