I think these are all fairly good ideas might be nice to take it a step further and cross referance your list with some historic figures or at least think about the historic context of the ages your talking about and see if we can add some elements of those cultures into these new heros….. might also be nice to see some heros added to the 6th stages even something based on the phantom of the opera or some figures from the french revolution or the spaninsh english maritime wars or for that matter from the rennisance or industrial revolution

the two hero formation has some very appealing advantages some of which i bet contributed to your loss apon as does your formations and class however that is what makes the choices you make earlier in the game so relevant and the game dynamics more interesting I’m sorry but I don’t think your request is for the good of the game it appears to be more for the good of you. I mean I have the most powerful suit in the game and im 3/4 of the way to having it all at level 200 however earlier when you came into ToB and dam near one shot’d the hero wearing it (while you were in wb form no less) did I run to the dev’s and say change his heros stat’s I payed good money for the best suit in the game and this guy one shot’d me no I will wait untill my two hades suits are ready and find a way to do the same back to you or someone else for that matter, nothing personal I just find that to be the fun of the game I may even try a two hero formation with hatchet if that dosn’t work then ill try something else. Though if what you find fun about the game is the development of a superiourity over others or something then I withdraw my comment except for the fact that I dont think hatchet has any advantage that disturbs the balance of the game and as for TL if you have a separate rationale for desiring the change your piont may be worth thinking about but based on your stated objectives and goals within the game I have no understanding of why you’d take sides in this except to argue as far as I know no hatchet your level or below simalarly stat’d and geared as they can be has even begun to be able to take unfar advantage of you considering how in depth the hero studies you claim to have been working on I cant believe your arguement is so shallow. BTW I am not currently a hatchet nor do I have any plans to be though it is an option I have avalible to one of my characters, so I am not simply trying to save my class I just think someone got spanked and its not a fair reason to go changing all the rules.

p.s. I was told that as a shammy I couldn’t get past t2 or t3 but I have almost finished t10, can farm almost any of the hades gear (need potions for some) and have never thought switching was all that valuable- if you think the hatchet is so good, change class or start a new character in all honesty the only reason I got beat in ToB is becuase somthing like a year ago I did ~from my noble pali to tribal shammy and started over had i not sacrificed that year and a half of character development and put all the energy and money into my first character you wouldn’t be able to damage me but again it is that exact exploration and the ideas presented by the developer regarding class structure and battle mechanics that I find valuable, not the fact that i can dominate others (while that can be nice I dont believe its a valid reason to argue for game mechanics changes.)

You mean let players gift potions that they got from battle drop and fragments from battle and world boss,right?

thats exactly what I mean could work server wide but even just within alliances it would allow for us to add some prizes for alliance competitions or alliance events

and even if it did cause more “second or third character” use thats still more activity on the servers which ultimately is good for everyone even if ppl were raising the level of there other accounts to do this its still a win but I was ultimately aiming at boosting either ways to help alliance members or to attract more people/characters to participate in helping others and thus boosting game participation over all

No, the gear with the recast attribution“insight:increase 15% dodge probabilities” will work on any hero.

I suggest that you test your unique recasts or make the computer tell us when any unique recast skill or any passive ability (ie dodge, parry, crit, starting moral = 100%) effects the battle. and we see for ourselves how valuable these recasts are and we will began trading for them and spending diamonds to get them again. Otherwise those of us that have spent obscene amounts of money on this recreational game will simply go on believing that this statment

No, the gear with the recast attribution“insight:increase 15% dodge probabilities” will work on any hero.

can not be proven or even supported by our tests and therefor is most likely a lie which invariably leads to the conclusion that we are being lied to by you the representative of the game producer which even if not true MUST damage your bottom line or the amount of money generated from the game.

Ill even go a step further I will post a battle wherein I am wearing a hades set in which the cloak has the unique recast “insight:increase 15% dodge probabilities” and a shield with parry:increase 20% parry probabilities" my challenge to you is can you show us where in this battle either of those recasts caused a parry or a dodge for your convenience i picked a fairly long battle so you could have plenty of opportunity to find occurrences

is it true that unique recasts only work on hero’s that already have that ability, (ie dodge, or parry etc.) what a joke… I think if someone gets a unique recast like “insight:increase 15% dodge probabilities” on a cloak, what ever hero is wearing that cloak should get the passive ability dodge (if they don’t already have it) and then get +15% added to whatever chance they currently have (0 if they just got the ability). otherwise many unique recasts aren’t worth it at all unless your so far advanced as to make specialty heroes and this would still allow for specialty heroes but would make the recasts worth it to every one!!!!

you know rather then create a wholly new ability we have several in system already, our statement simply has to do with making the “beast rider” class valuable to higher level players or really simply making this class so that it is competitive with other mounted units in the game. you know it was the tribal leaders such as those of the hyksos that domesticated the horse. whether you use that or simply the fact that one would think that shamans might be able to commune with nature well enough to get just as much of an advantage from a mount as say a 12 century nobleman, find an excuse to fix it up somehow. look at how effectively the tribal north american indians used their horses against the well trained nobility of europe. Suffice to say the beast rider totally blows as a class and something should be done. Not only for the lower level players that embrace their idea of what the original designers intended with the class but for those of us that are pushing the game to it’s edge and challenging the new chapter 6 and taking on the bosses of the mysterious island. If the dev’s don’t think the class sux then i defy them to show us one example of a “beast rider” that logs into the mysterious island ummmm well ever…… simply stated the class needs work!!!!!

we definitely need to do something about drop rates a huge part of our server (frost rio) all did a coordinated 6.1 run bash right after WB today, most of us used either gold pumpkins or smilies to increase our drop rate we went for over an hour and a half and reportedly no-one got a drop had there been even one drop we would have continued the practice daily for some time however most of the big hitters decided that since we all had drop rate increases and no-one got a drop on the 50+ runs we did were not going to do it any more not sure how many diamonds and cg’s were spent but i bet it was in the hundreds and you set the drop rate in such a way that instead of us doing that every day for a while were done. BTW a similar thing happened with pike. your game, your money, just sayin.

no ToS is not the same though I’m glad you recognize that Vyvy and I are cognocent of what is a reasonable approach to expansion. Are you really saying because ToS is in place the devs should stop making instances or taking suggestions for more instances, crazy or are you simply trying to put down Vyvy as uninformed if thats the case your simply rude. I’m really glad you get over 2 mil. gold a day from it but I’d be lucky to get 1 mil. a day and i have a job so i can’t always get in. not to mention your 2.4 million is less than 3 forts of most of my gear and makf you could simply say you don’t agree that our suggestion is valid because we already have everything we need to succeed but this is for things we want. and if in fact what you are trying to do is ask the devs to develop more fights perhaps you could do so some other way then lambasting those that acknowledge that might be asking too much.

regardless of the fact that its basically taking a page from the Diablo (game by blizzard ent.) playbook, it is a very efficient way to advance game content with minimal work on part of dev’s they could just add a multiplier for the difficulty (making the combat strength of enemy higher) this certainly seems a very efficient and economical way to add to the enjoyment of players and thus potentially the fiances of zqgames and i love the fact that it gives a reasonable way to add item drops for items that are missing or are yet to be created

you know i love the fact that you changed all the rules by adding the tower and then Hades gear but gold is just to hard to come by. I assume part of that had to do with money (that is getting ours) but after spending over $150 on Hades gear even going through 1000’s of diamonds buying forted items for there gold value and doing every thing to gain gold possible in the system including having over 12000 honor in old arena and now that NO-ONE sells pre-fortfied items any more i’m extremely lucky to get 3-4 forts a day on any gear that i care about. at 20 Hades items or 50 items if i include all heroes i’m still looking at months and months just to clear t2 then more just to clear t3. which leaves me thinking i should have spent the money that i did on Hades gear on another game. the cost value just isn’t there. I don’t play this game for a multi-year commitment it’s recreation. My suggestion to make me and others that feel this way, feel a little better is when you make the new instance which i am hopeful will be for higher level players is to make the reward gold instead of BA and not just a few thousand gold per fight but enogh so that if i use a days worth of cd’s i can do like 10 forts to a +130 Hades armor. If you really want me to keep spending money said simply I need more gold. further if the new instance is harder then E5 and levels up to like the difficulty of t5 or further everyone that can enter it needs just as much gold as i do if not more.

I just point out that as that honor can only be purchased with actual money unlike almost everything else in the game this borders on false advertising, I don’t see how you can even consider this (removing honor and its rewards) I agree with a post that was on earlier create a new place and set up a new point type (such as pride or something) but don’t destroy such a important element of the late or end game…… we can barley function in legions etc with all the people we’ve lost already though I wont be that greatly effected I know I spent over $600 in the last year on this recreation and I’m a small spender and i’m sure some other game/recreation will take me and my money cause I will leave as well as many of the larger spenders on my server ……………….

ok I have a suggestion and I ask that I am forgiven my poor spelling in advance. This is in regurd to the concept of server merger. while I understand basic principals behind server management etc I certainly am not knowledgeable however, it would seem to me that if you created a unique letter for each server and added it to each character name you could use it to direct the interface to get game character varibles (stats gear etc) from a specific server of the three, the problems of duplicated names and mergeing the databases becomes largly resolved. you could then create a gate between servers within the interface that would allow game characters to upon entering the gate to open an multi server interface . As long as you limeted the character variables that were dysplayed in the multiserver interface to varibles that were called the same thing on each server, the server that you “visted” through the gate should be able to accept some sort of packed of varibles from the server of orgin upon request and have the stats etc that it needs to generate this interface window. When you click to go back to your original window the “visited server” will export the changes to the varibles from the data pack and the player will return to thier original servers graphic interface. much like going to a legion through our current gate though I might consider useing a different gate early on. All of the messures simply limit the places were bugs can occur to very specific pieces of data so you dont have to merge all the kongregate players data seemlessly in one magic server maintainance… While this may began with limited functionality it would allow multiserver interaction at least in terms of chat markets and legions after a while maybe you could create a level 100-125 area like the crypt but being all servers instead of all nations.

Just seems to me a gate system (like the gate that we do legions with) that started with the abilty to allow characters to interact in multiserver chats and legions, then moving onto multiserver auction houses culminating in (possibly but not nessasarily) something like a new multiserver living area with fortresses , castles, mines, etc would be a nice way to do it that would allow the developers some time, stages and flexabilty regarding how they approches each of those three stages of multi-server interaction. This would theoretically give the players most several of the things they could want out of a server merger and in doing so potentially, at least maintian the current interst level in the game if not increase it.

Just a thought

for example I as some others play shadowland… when they needed to change their matrix they added a “crazy game” that in essence gave out food and gold along with some other seemingly minor items (frags and stones) while this game did little to effect most normal game play it it allowed the developers to alter the most foundational building blocks of the matrix of the game to increase support and attendance within the game. This allowed them to vary their original design balances without changing the basic program..
while I still want to understand the game so I am still trying to get a few more levels so I can give a more well informed opinion regarding this game I still think the number of players is obviously not what the original matrix was intended to have and thus either the matrix or number of players needs modifacation for us, the players to get the full gaming experiance that was intended, unless I am wrong and these frustrations were part of the original intention. I dont think that is the case, however I do worry since either through chat or this forum I have goten little to no responce regarding my honest and earnest queries.

just wanted to make some suggestions, first of all your game seems to be built for more ppl Ive played off and on for a couple of weeks and havn’t been able to fight in arena, the bar, or the secret fight club becuase of lack of participation perhapes if you wait for a certain amount of time the game will use other members profiles to randomly generate some npc’s so we can see these aspects of the game. the first few levels were fairly easy but getting even to level 5 seems intermnible and at my current level almost everything kills me so lots of hurry up and wait, while this may in fact help me enjoy the luxury of being a higher level its more likly in the current game matrix to make me get bored and find another game thus never causeing a greater apreciation for the grandure of attaining the higher levels. agian i think your level matrix is causeing lower participation and that is really hurting at least my game experiance. adding some other lower level fighting quests or some ways to speed up the level attainment process so I can fight more then just cemetary and the rabbit things without always dieing after 40 hrs of play might have helped me be motivated. While im sure higher level player would just say that Im whimpy for wanting that your lower numbers of players say im not the only one that feels this way. just so you know not trying to be mean or critical just trying to be helpful.. p.s. didnt see a suggestions thread so i simply started one might want to add that as well
