I can assure you we did not change anything with the website as to how flash cookies are stored. o.O

It seems like only a select few users are experiencing this problem, and not everything, so this leads us to believe it may be a software problem.

That advertisement should not be there, and it looks like it was added by the user.

Could you please contact kixeye and try to get them to resolve the situation? Kixeye would likely respond much better to kong admins

We’ve been in contact with them, and pressing the matter, but they aren’t being very compliant.

If your e-mail address has an unfamiliar domain name, it may do this. For now you can choose to just “Ignore”.

Any use of a program that alters a webpage has the risk of messing with that webpage and its features. AdBlock isn’t necessarily “normal”, so to speak. :(

• Is your adobe flash player up to date? http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
• Is your flash storage set to unlimited? (Right click game screen, go to “global settings” and change storage to “unlimited”.)
• Which web browser are you using? Does it work for different web browsers?
